Im assuming the pandemic slowed delivery. Got shipment in 2 parts almost a month a part. Bed has A LOT of pieces. Took a couple of hours to put together. Wear gloves or you will get splinters. I dont think its worth the money but it will have to do for now. Just as seen in the picture!!!
Ordered 2, for great grand s, 1 badly damaged. The other one is very sturdy love it. I am not getting very good service trying to get it replaced or money back. I cant afford return postage. I am on social security. Have attempted repeatedly to send pictures. I have only an iPad. Very good value.
My daughter loves this bed. It was really frustrating though that at step 8 of 15 when putting it together last night (the drawer/trundle assembly section) we learned there was an error in how it was manufactured. We were able to still assemble it for the most part and I will end up drilling holes where they should have been, so not the end of the world, just frustrating. For the price, I expected the cheap wood it is made from and for something like this to happen though. My daughter is still very happy! Not so stable.
Great bed, very beautiful and easy to assemble. My only con would be that one of the drawer pieces was broke coming directly out of the box. When purchasing the bed, I also saw a lot of mixed reviews about the trundle bed. My take is that yes, it takes some muscle to get the trundle in and out when on carpet, however, thats to he expected! Overall, I am very happy with my purchase! Do the work.
This product had beautiful stain where it mattered but it scratched very easily idk if it was finished at all. I went to the store to buy lacquer so I could paint it. The first coat was stopped up like it did nothing. The second coat started to be a protective layer. I have one more coat to do. Now assembly wise mine lacked 80 of the drilled holes I had to drill it myself which was a pain. The bottom slats unlike the top were spaced unevenly with the band I had to cut and remove the staples and go buy screws so that I could drill holes and screw in the remaining slats. That was 12. One of the knobs came with a screw that was too short. How they missed that is beyond me its very clearly not the same length as the others. Its been two weeks and Im just now almost done. It was pretty good value but the number of errors and incompletion is unacceptable. Unstable.
Was thinking this would be hard to put together and would take forever but my boyfriend and nephew had it together in an hour and had no problems. I love this bed Fair for the price.
Easy to assemble. There are two boxes delivered. Must know that because they delivered one on one day and we thought there were missing pieces. We called and they notified us that the other box would be delivered Love this bed. Perfect for my needs.

Great for price but manufacturer error
