Im impressed. The Merlot color is beautiful, and the assembly process is (fairly) easy. The hardest part was attaching the support brackets for the central support bar. The mounting marks (black dots) didnt quite match the provided bracket, so I measured and made my own marks (they were close).
I couldnt find the bed I wanted at the local stores or online, so I was considering building my own bed. Then I ran across this one. For the price I couldnt build a bed this easily or that looked so nice. So glad I bought this!
Unlike some reviewers, there were no issues with the materials. Shipping boxes came in great shape, nothing was cracked or damaged inside, and all the pieces and hardware were there.
I was able to assemble this bed mostly on my own, but I did need help when attaching the side rails to the head/footboards, and help placing the bookshelf onto the headboard. The completed product looks fantastic!
Im surprised at how easily the drawers glide, and how much the 6/drawer unit holds. I was able to place 75 of my current dresser contents into the drawers. Overall, great value for the price.
Really like the bed but didnt come when they said. Had already took down the other so had to put it back up. Two boxes came ,paper work said 3 delivery man called and no one knew it was all there. Thank God it was. Bed was scratched with deep marks. Not all holes were drilled. One board to attach headboard had holes drilled on wrong end. Good thing I knew how to use a drill. Other than that, its a great product!
Purchased 2 of these beds for our 13 year old twins, and could not be more pleased! Great solid wood quality, easy assembly, great appearance, better than any beds found in local stores, and at a very reasonable price. Good Quality for Cost
