I am very happy with the smoothness of the drawers and solid feel of the unit. I was surprised that the top is a distinctly different color from the front and sides. Where I have the unit placed this isnt obvious, but if it were in a more open area the different colors might be unpleasant. The top is a wood grained grey, while the rest is a wood grained .
I was looking for a file cabinet for a small space and one that had so I could move it on occasion. This is perfect. Very nice looking and sturdy but light weight. I use it next to my desk in a small home but I imagine it would fit nicely under a bigger desk. At first I was surprised the file drawer wasnt wide enough for file folders but then realized it is set up so the hanging files go in perpendicular to the way I am used to. This actually works great as I can easily sort through files without having to get up out of my chair. Very clever and a great way to save space. Also love the little wheel under the file drawer so heavy files wont cause the cabinet to lean forward when you open the drawer all the way. Very well designed and made. It is nice to order something that ends up being better than expected.
I am very satisfied with this item. It fit perfectly where I needed it to and allows for me to store my most important files in the drawer. It also allowed me to clear my desk so that I only have my work monitors on my desk. Its sturdy and well designed.
Despite what it says in the instructions, one person can put this together quite easily, but with some patience. The only issue Ive had is getting the sliding drawer onto its sliders which is proving quite a challenge. Otherwise, its a great piece of furniture.
This product was packed very well. The pictorial directions were good and all the items (screws, etc) were individually packaged and well marked. Assembly was easy. The drawer has a 5th caster under it, so the unit doesnt tip when the drawer is open, great idea! Im pleased.
Very nice looking. I didnt realize it was two separate colors but it still looks nice. I had fun putting it together and I like that it has to make it easier to move around. Very happy with the product.
This is the perfect little file cabinet for under my desk. There is room to place my laptop on top so it is not taking up space on my desk as well as provide me with extra storage. Very clean and simple design too.
