Box came opened on one end, but I was not home when it was delivered. It seemed okay until I took all of the pieces out. The fence piece by the headboard was damaged, as if it was hit by something. A chunk was missing, but since I was putting the bed in a corner, it would not be seen. Additionally, I had already waited two months for the bed to be delivered, and I did not want to wait any longer to set up my daughters room. The instructions need improvement, but I put the bed together by myself in two hours. Pretty sturdy. Good size.
We bought this bed for our toddler. Absolutely love it. It is exactly as pictured. However, like most of the reviews, it had missing parts. Dealing with costumer service has been frustrating. We had to send pictures of the instructions to just get the hardware sent to us. Shouldnt they know what hardware we need? Incredibly frustrating not entirely worth the headache. Weve had an unassembled bed in our kiddos room for a few days now. We ordered the grey bed it is a very dark grey. Ill update the review once the bed is able to be assembled. Not super sturdy.

This bed is absolutely awesome! And for the price, it is totally aming. My son loves his new bed and its been a joy to watch him play in it. Overall, we are so happy with the purchase and wouldnt trade it for anything BUT The directions for putting this bed together are terrible. My husband and I do stuff like this all the time with ease, but I am not even kidding the directions are just wrong. You would be better off just loo at the photos. Just pay very very close attention to the photos and the holes bc thats how we got through it. Also, it takes 2/3 people to assemble this. Not so bad.
Easy to assemble and very sturdy. I was missing screws but they refunded me some money back to purchase my own instead of waiting for them to resend it to me. Im very satisfied with my purchases. I bought two frames for my girls. My son loves it!!
This thing is so stinkin cute and I think my daughters 3.5 yr old cousin was jealous. 3 problems: 1. The box was so incredibly dirty my hands were black from varying it insider and I had to unpack it in the hallway because my daughters rug is white. 2. There were 2 damaged areas one of which was a damaged corner and the other was a rub area through the paint. 3. the last 2 screws were missing but the size was on the instructions so we were able to buy them. Ultimately nothing so bad that we would send it back but still disappointing. Very well made.

if you can overlook the flaws and can make it work I think it ends up being worth it. It looks very pretty once set up.
Dissapointed. Holes for screws dont line up on several places and has many flaws. Will update if we manage to make it work but I dont even feel like continuing trying at this point. I guess buying it is a gamble. This item is good! Satisfied.
