Supurb Product and Excellent Customer Service

We started putting this bed together and found that one supporting piece was machined incorrectly. I reached out to on a Saturday afternoon about the problem. I received a response by Sunday afternoon and they shipped me out, not one replacement part, but two. And I received them within a couple days! The bed has been a lifesaver and the customer service was excellent. If i ever need another bed frame, I will definitely go with ! Style and purpose

    Solid bed. Stairs were damaged.

The bed seems very solid. The stairs were a bit beat up and warped and more difficult to assemble as a result, but not bad enough to attempt a return or replace on such a massive item. The bed is shorter than I expected, which is fine for young children, but older children cant sit up on the bottom bed, and I definitely cant sit on the edge while putting a child to bed. Wasnt a fan of the hardware provided (the nuts were funky and some hard to get in, depending on the angle youre trying to work from). The hex wrenches were cheap and warped easily. Overall its a good bed though. Im happy with the purchase. Comfortable and high quality!

I like it but not so much

It looked so good on the website and when it arrived the wood was chipped and broken and its so many pieces and confusing manual the bed is not too stable still. Now to take it a part and return it its another night mare but its too expensive and i needed something better ALL GOOD!

Awesome bunk bed thats sturdy and well built. (Have Advil ready for your back after its complete!)

Im a handy person and was excited to tackle the building of this bed. Product ships in multiple packages that arent necessarily labeled as to their contents. So, a large work area is a must to unpack and organize the different pieces. Products are well packed, and each piece is labeled with a small sticker for easy identification during the build process. 99 of the pieces were perfect, and only one or two had small imperfections that were able to be hidden on the wall side of the bed. It took me about 7 hours by myself to build the entire bed with storage drawers with a few lower back breaks and lunch. Factored into that time was also the multiple trips to and from the garage where I was assembling pieces and then ta them into the bedroom. The pieces went together exactly as they should have. I was impressed at the exactness of the fit when attaching multiple pieces together. Screw holes and dowel holes lined right up with no issue. I only needed another persons help when ta one bed fully assembled and stac it on the other. Otherwise, the pieces are able to be moved by any ordinary capable person, and if youre assembling it in the room its going in, itll be even easier. I chose the garage as I needed to organize all the parts and get my game plan. I will say, you NEED to use a powered screw driver even though I think the manufacturer doesnt suggest it. If you dont have one, I dont know if id attempt building this myself honestly. Your fingers and hands will suffer greatly as there are a LOT of things to screw in/together. For instance, there are (I think) 56 screws, 28 per bed for just the wooden slats alone that hold the mattress up. Do yourself a favor and use a power tool. Turn the torque down so you dont split the wood, and hand tighten the things that need to be nice and tight. The only obstacle I encountered and I have a hard time even calling it that, was when reading the directions as to which way to orient the stairs (left entry or right). I ended up using the right which actually is left to my brain. The kids go up the stairs and go left into the bed. The only thing I can think the manufacturer meant by right in my case is the railing is on the right, not the entrance. So, thats what I put in my mind as I went through the multiple steps for a right orientation. Other than that, the quality is superb and the instructions are fantastic. For an almost 1000 bed for kids, Id hope to have these things at a minimum, and they delivered. Its a big purchase that I dont regret one bit. So far meets my expectations

    Surprised!

Surprised by the quality and craftsmanship. Easy to follow instructions. Lots of heavy boxes so we left in the living room and carried pieces up as we needed them. Had to tip the delivery driver and trash guys because of all of the boxes! Its a fantastic price.

Exactly what we were loo for

I wanted a sturdy bunk bed with lots of storage. It came in 4 boxes, all solid wood. Everything was labeled so well and the directions made it easy to assemble. The stairs are a safe, sturdy way to add extra storage to the bed for our 5 year old. Assembly took about 5 hours. Very impressed with the quality of this bed! The drawers under the bed do not have rails to keep them in place, but do have wheels on them. The paint is also very thick and does not chip or dent easily. Worth every penny! This product was exactly what I was hoping for

    Super sturdy

We LOVE this bed. We have a tiny house and this bed has made all the difference with the storage it offers. Also, it is solid wood so extremely sturdy. We have low ceilings (1970s home) and this bed is the perfect height where my 5 yr old can comfortably sit (almost stand) on the top bunk and baby sis can stand up top when she goes up to play. It was a big spend, but worth every penny. Absolutely awesome product!!

Cute, takes a long time to put together.

This bed looks great! It took me 8 hours to assemble by myself (29 year old female who is definitely not ultra strong or anything). Make sure the room you assemble it in is where it will go!! The slats that go under the mattress seem a tad flimsy, not sure how I feel about them. Definitely smaller than an adult bunk bed. We used a 6in mattress on top and it gives a good amount of rail height, which is great. We used 8in on the bottom and it doesnt give a ton of headspace for an adult but kids should be fine. The last step is screwing in a bracket UNDER the bed. For real/ I fit, but my husband would not have been able to do it. Couple of WTF moments but otherwise it was mostly just a very long, tedious task, not necessarily super difficult. There are a couple parts for bed and stairs that require two people, but you could easy have someone help for ten minutes and then continue by yourself. Really Happy!!
