I purchased two for my daughters. I assembled one by myself, and my ly teen provided minor assistance with the other. Im a female 52 145 lbs. One part arrived damaged, and the companys customer service was excellent handling the issue.
Major issue is the ladder is dangerous. The rungs are cylindrical and slippery . Both of my daughters fallen off of them. Im going to add some type of grippy tape on them this weekend. Its so pretty
Took me 3 hours to assemble. Once it was it was very wobbly and not too stable. I am afraid to climb the ladder its so thin and moves. Needs improvement in quality.
This bed looks great and is very functional. I love all the shelving and it has plenty of room underneath for my 8yo to work at the desk. The only problem I have is that Ive had over 5 of the screws caps fall out already. They are easy to replace once you find where they came from, but hopefully it was an error when assembling, not a quality issue. Overall you got what you paid for.
A very noisy product when in use as a bed. It takes considerable time to get used to. One person can put it together with considerable effort. The hardware requires retightening frequently. Buyer beware. Hope to improve in the future
Overall great bed. My 9 year old loves the added space and being up high. I wish the frame was designed for different ladder options but I drilled holes into the frame and set it up to work best in his room. Ladder rungs are painful to walk up/down on and we had to pad them. Wish the ladder steps were flat design and not rounded. Pretty sturdy and very easy setup. Cute and good quality
Easy to assemble. Instructions were simple. Assembled on my own however getting help would have been faster and smoother. The ladder is sturdy and it comes pre/built with poles instead of flat steps. I had to purchase round cushions because they poles itself dig into my sons feet. I would recommend this product study and arrived as pictured!
One bar slat was defective and thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Took an hour to assemble with 2 people. Instructions are easy to follow. Packaged really well. Great Buy
The shipping was fast. It took 2 people to put together and was a hour and half. Its perfect for my 8 year old added some pool noodles to the steps since they hurt her feet to climb on the ladder. Very pleased with this purchase
Everything arrived in good condition. No indent, no scratch, original. Out of package and it is good to go. With two handy men, it would take 1/2 hours to put it up, otherwise might be between 2/4 hours. One person is less likely to work, possible but not recommended,
but if you got the right tools and accessories, like rope and ladders, and expect to get some sorts of punches LOL, Still Not recommended
I am happy with the purchase overall. Great design. Hope it is going to last
Update a month after purchase:
I adore the design of this bed, but I had read about the thin ladder issue and I dont like climbing on thin ladders so I ordered another walk on Ladder at the same time. Thats how far I was willing to go when I like the design. Besides that, I also had ordered a set of solid wood slats for I prefer a thinner mattress. See the attached pictures. The rest of it works just perfect. This is what for those who adores the design but wasnt sure about the ladders
update again, I think I am obsessed with the design LOL, I cut off the middle part, see attached picture, now it is so easy for me to get into the bed. I am an adult though I am not sure about those for young children perfectly fine with it

Very wobbly
Took me 3 hours to assemble. Once it was it was very wobbly and not too stable. I am afraid to climb the ladder its so thin and moves. Needs improvement in quality.
Great bed, but screws keep falling out
