I had the tall order of wanting a sectional and something that could fit into a smaller-sized living room. After trying tons of couches around my area (IKEA, West Elm, Living Spaces, etc) I finally arrived at this brand due to the narrow width of the sectional and grey-brown color combo I had been looking for.
PROS: The look and feel of the fabric is great! I'm glad that the color also came out close to what I had imagined from what I viewed online. Assembly was super easy, as all you need to do is unzip the bottom of the cushions and attach the wooden legs stored within there. The cushions themselves are plush enough to relax on, but firm enough to sit upright on when having guests over.
Only two things I could think of that would make this better: 1) the sectional base of the chaise lounge doesn't fully match up to the size of the chaise pillow (long one.) Because of that, the top pillow either juts out a little bit over the base, or there's a little gap between the sofa and chaise pieces. 2) I asked customer service if I could buy 1 extra cushion so that I would have the option to use the sectional as simply a sofa when needed. They don't sell these, which is understandable but a missed opportunity as I saw in the comments that many other customers are seeking this versatility. It's really minor, but just something that I'll think about every once in a while.
All in all this is a great couch that I hope lasts a long time!
Sofa not as good as the picture. The lines are not even straight. Back cushions can not line up at the same height either, with wrinkles that just do not go alway. Very strong smell that probably comes from cushion. If you unzip the cover, you can tell that the the cushions/pillows are made with very cheap material. I believe I am better off buying IKEA sofa (of similar price point). The only positive thing is it is quite easy to put together - only have to screw in legs. Also the free return policy makes the whole experience less frustrated.
This couch is perfect for my artist Loft although I must say the color is extremely lighter than the picture but it makes my space unique I was a little upset when I opened the box but when I put it all together it worked
I ordered the section in denim color. The box that arrived looked destroyed but I had no issues with the fabric as it was well-packed. Very easy to assemble (just get the feet from underneath and screw them in). As you can see, it is not perfect: the frame is distorted and some feet were a little scratched. So for the price it was disappointing hence the 4 stars. But it is very comfy and the size is perfect for my appartement! Ive had it for about a month now and I would say its softer already so Ill see how it turns out to be in a few more months. I dont regret my purchase.
NB: the denim color looks different depending on the light. I have very large windows facing east and north.
Couch is great to fit in small spaces, cushions can be swapped around. Arrived with a cut in the packaging and a cut in the fabric on the back of the couch. Packaging needs to be better protected for freight shipping.

Delivery was not good
I thought this was an inside delivery where they would assemble and place inside. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX.

Looks good but not comfy.
Couch looks great in my upstairs loft. Just isnt that comfy. Fine for sitting or entertaining but not taking naps.
Perfect apartment sofa at a great price
Cushions need to be fabric both sides otherwise perfect for apartment. Very nice n value is there.
