Very pleased with the look and feel of this sofa!
Update: I found out I actually was sent “storm gray instead of the “gray weave. I dont know how I can do anything about that since I dont have a way to take the whole thing apart and send it back. (Way too heavy)
-also the couch off gases a lot in the beginning so ventilate your room where it will be sitting!
CONS:
The instructions did not mention that before you screw in the wooden legs, you need to take off the plastic end pieces. This will probably come as obvious to most but not to me so I fumbled around a bit and even lost one inside of the couch.. but if you know to do that its super easy to assemble. Also the color of grey looks much darker in person, so if you are attached to light gray, it is not that. Its more of a graphite.
PROS: The fabric is soft and the cushions are firm yet comfortable. The wooden legs look great!

The order was processed very quickly. I was able to pick a delivery window for a few hours and the guy who dropped it off was great. Comes in a giant box and it's all put together except screwing on the legs. The legs are stored in the zipper compartment on the couch bottom.
Very comfy couch, not too firm or soft and I love the color. I looked around at a lot of places and I'm pleased with this one. Only negative for me is that the chaise piece doesn't physically attach to the main couch it's just pushed up against it. That being said it stays in place well and hasn't been an issue.
I was super skeptical about buying these without testing it out for comfort. Let me y tell you this chair is super comfy and fits perfectly in a small bedroom I made into an office den
We've enjoyed this sofa! We were thinking about paying way more for a west elm sofa, and decided to try this one out. We've had it for about 8 months now, and it's broken in a bit. It's not the kind of couch you can sink into and nap for hours-- but it is pleasant to sit in. It fits two people comfortably, although we struggle to both lay out on it. Our cats have scratched the corners a fair amount, and so far there is no sign of wear and tear-- so that is a huge plus. It fits a small apartment perfectly, doesn't look cheap in the slightest, and the wooden legs are a nice touch. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, the chaise does pop up a bit if you do not have your legs out. One thing to note-- our delivery did not include delivery to the second floor; we had to run and get cash quickly to pay the guys to bring it up to our unit.
Perfect couch for small spaces! I was hesitant in buying a couch on but have zero regrets. The couch is comfy, perfect size my brother thats 64 can lay on the couch still be comfy have room for the dog! The shipping was amazing and on time very easy to assemble. Comfort is perfect. Its firm but not too firm definitely can be broken in. Had the couch for about a month now and the couch still looks brand! If youre worried about the color with animals I swear the stains just wipe right off. I would definitely recommend this couch!
I've had this loveseat for just under a year now. The color in the photo is richer than the actual sofa color (Heritage Green). The cushions are very firm, and are uncomfortable after sitting for more than a half hour at a time. My biggest source of disappointment is the frame - it hasn't even been a year and I can feel parts falling apart from inside the arms. I'm a smaller person (about 115 lbs), I live alone, and a loveseat like this should not be breaking down after this little use and time. Because it's been almost a year and it's not a small piece of furniture I can't and won't return it, but would have made a different decision about purchasing if I knew how it would wear a year ago.

Frame falling apart after just 1 year, disappointed.
