Delivery was on time and they called a day ahead and gave me a more specific 3 hour window. Incredibly easy to assemble; Im 56 and 120lbs and I had no issue getting it out together in under 10 minutes by myself. The linen color isnt as stark white as the pictures for the product make it look, it has a gray tone to it. Very sturdy. The cushions are a little stiff but not horrible, still a comfortable couch, and Im sure they will probably soften with use. Overall, you cant beat the quality for the quality for the price. I would definitely recommend.

Seriously an amazing sofa for the price. It fits out very small post war bungalow living room perfectly. The material seems well made and its comfortable and modern.
Two weeks in, I love this sofa. The back cushions provide great support, no need for additional pillows to avoid slouching as with my old sofa. It's also very comfortable to lie on, though not very deep (I should also note that I am short, might be a different story for someone who is taller). If fits perfectly in my small space, and I love that the profile with taller legs takes up less visiual space. Delivery was right on time, and seeing that it was just me the delivery men helped with assembly (while it's easy to screw on legs, need to set it upright which might require two people). Fabric and finish seem high quality, and the linen color I chose is great because it goes with everything like the beige Belleze accent chairs I also get on . I would definitely purchase other furniture.
Update 11/23/19- I still love the sofa, it remains super comfortable, but in the last couple of weeks it has started to creak a bit when I get up or bump into it. That's not a good sign for a sofa that's only 4 months old.
Update: 7/17/20. The sofa finishes have held up very well in the first year, really pleased given I got the light colored linen version. Still very comfortable, and yes, still a slight creak.
I've waited a full year to review this couch. We snagged this couch on Prime Day 2018 for $699 (a STEAL). One year later, we couldn't be happier! From what I recall, scheduling the delivery was a breeze. The couch was delivered on time, damage-free, and brought (boxed) right into our living room. We live in a small 1BR apartment in Chicago, with a combined living/dining/kitchen space of about 400 sq. ft. This couch fits perfectly and meets all of our needs.
We were both full-time grad students and even WFH sometimes, so this couch has had a LOT of daily use. Two adults (5'2, 6'2) a 30 lb. dog fit comfortably on this couch. We've watched plenty of movies and taken plenty of naps, and we've even had a few friends/siblings sleep comfortably on it when visiting. While the cushions aren't machine washable, I use the Woolite Upholstery Cleaner (and the vacuum) regularly, and I'm really happy with the condition of the fabric. The cushions have held their shape very well, but we do fluff them often.
While this couch won't last forever, I expect we'll get several more years worth of use. For the price, the look and quality really can't be beat!
