I bought the sofa bed version. Great looking couch and I love the color. However, I spent the first 10 days wondering if I should return it because it is not at all comfortable for me. The back cushions are so stiff I almost feel like Im being pushed out of the couch. The seat is also not very deep so if you like curling up on your couch with your feet up, you dont really have the space. I ended up buying some otttomans to put my feet up which made the situation a little better. Ive kept the couch for now only because I couldnt be bothered to return it!
I really love this couch. It was just what I have been looking for. Appears to be cat proof as well, no claw marks. My cats like to sleep under the couch, too. Its pleasently firm, perfect for me. Not rock hard at all. Those who want a recliner cushion probably wont find it in this couch. Its nice for napping though!
The sectional cushion can be put wherever you want it, as the bottom protion of the sectional is free standing. Havent had any issues with it moving or sliding. Parts of the couch fit together nicely, legs were zipped into the bottom of the cushions, and do not require tools - twist on.
Couch is stable, and the fabric almost feels jean-like? If that makes sense, but still softer than jeans.
The movers brought the couch up to my apartment in record time. They even put the entire thing together for me in under like 5 minutes, so that was really nice. Seems to be a quality couch.
Im 53, theres about 13 inches of extra space at the foot of the sectional if I sit straight up/back against the couch.
I would recommend.
Took a few pictures at different angles, and one with flash as my lighting is pretty dim.

So we've had this couch for a few years now and still have the same cat. The couch looks pretty much the same still, even though we've sat on it every night since we bought it. The back cushions are still plump and the seat cushions are still good. For some reason the squeaking issue has resolved itself as well. I only remembered it because I came to read this review. I also only remembered the small tear on the bottom of the couch because of this review. I'm sure it's still there but has not gotten any bigger.
You can now see very slight pilling on the arms of the couch from our regular use, but you can really only see it from a certain angle in certain lighting. We've spilled drinks on the couch with no issues and our cat still sharpens her claws on it nightly. We just now started to have some strings pop out of the couch where she claws it, but that's because she's a rescue cat that hates having her claws trimmed. If you give your cat regular trims you wouldn't have any issues in that respect.
I'm not sure if some people with immediate bad reviews got factory duds but the frame of the couch is holding up well on ours. It's a low-ish couch for me, which means that I'm not always the daintiest of sitters with my bad knees, but the couch is still going strong. We've moved recently and will be getting a new one for our living room and moving this one up to the remodeled attic, but that's only because we are now in a much bigger house vs small apartment and need more furniture. We have decided to go with another couch in a different style since we've had such good luck with this one.
In my honest opinion this is a good couch at a fair price if you get it on a good sale. I'm betting it's better quality than West Elm, seeing as I hear people complain about them all the time.

We have now had this couch for about 8 months. It still looks the same, feels amazing and has held up like a champ to a cat clawing on the fabric. You wouldnt even know we have a cat. We also dont have the chaise lounge issue that other people seem to have. However, as another reviewer mentioned, the springs have developed a loud squeak on the right side of the couch that you will hear when you sit or stand or move on it. The whole couch makes a sound but youll hear it the loudest on the right side. Im worried that the springs will pop out or something.
Im of average size and my partner weighs about 110 lbs so Im not quite sure what the issue is. Fortunately the couch is still under warranty. Unfortunately I cant get a new one, since its out of stock. is great, as usual, but Id either have to return it (which would leave us without a couch) or keep it and accept a small discount.

My girlfriend and I have had this couch since November and are really enjoying it so far. Its firm in a good way, comfortable for our height/leg lengths (but for sure needs throw pillows to make the arms comfortable). Im the tallest at 56 and can sit on the chaise section or with my legs up on the couch lengthways without my legs hanging over or feeling uncomfortable in any way. We both have recurring knee issues and I have an old back injury, but can get up off this couch without any pain or struggle. I wish the width of the seat were just one inch longer for optimal lounging comfort, but its not a dealbreaker.
The fabric is sturdy but not scratchy and the grey is a lovely neutral gray. The cushions are full and do not move around when you move. The couch is heavy and well made but not overly heavy. Definitely a 2 person job, but 1 stronger person can get it put together pretty easily as well. Definitely better than Ike quality.
The couch was packaged well and arrived intact. It feels like it will last a long time. I took a star off because there was a small tear on the brown fabric that covers the bottom, but its not at all visible so it wasnt a deal breaker. I like that theres an extra leg under the middle of it as well.
The sofa also seems to be impervious to dirt and cat scratching, so I definitely recommend it if you have animals. The sofa also seems to be impervious to dirt and cat scratching, so I definitely recommend it if you have animals.
Arrived on time, well packaged with all parts. Color true ; sturdy, clean and no loose threads or other issues with fabric. Easy to install the feet. Only improvement that I would make is to velcro the ottoman and the chaise piece. It tends to rise just slightly when seated, but with time and weight, that will likely be no issue. Will update as soon as I have lived in it more than a couple of hours.
This was suppose to be blue jean but came gray. It had to be returned - none in stock and I really feel like the supplier thought we would just accept it because it would have been a chore to return. Also while comfy, the pillows did not detach and I was concerned that the seats might collapse. Would have been a keeper if the other accessories complimented what we had but we were looking for blue jean blue jean. Great in the space and very modern.

Surpisingly great quality.
Great price, the fabric is nice, its' very comfortable and stylish.
Just arrived today, but because I am excited about everything so far, I rank it 4stars.
