When purchased we were told it would arrive on thursday. It arrived yesterday and was not put under enclosure. It rained and we wont know if it was damaged till we open the cartons. One of the two cartons was soaked. Im a bit disappointed.
Before I even found the instructions, I found the pictured thank you note. Maybe Im just used to lackluster service, but I was so impressed. Then, from the box to fully assembled in 12 minutes. Thats just cry. And its perfect in my space. I love the product and the company! I Would definitely buy again
I love the looks of this coach. Its great for small spaces. The fabric is of a nice quality. However, the legs and the attachment point are not very sturdy. I feel it can easily break if you are not extremely careful all the time. I decided to return. I will report back on sellers return service. Its not bad its just not great.
This is a very nice couch for our small room. It was easy to assemble. It arrived in separate boxes a day apart. I mistakenly thought there were missing pieces, but the company got back to me right away to let me know another box was coming. It is beautiful and functional.
I liked the weight of the item. It should had been very easy to assemble if the front left metal bar was put on correctly, which it was not. Had to bend it to get it to fit. Should of not done that but do not have the time to wait on another piece. Definitely not a 380 piece of . Best of used for accent piece only. I had read the reviews it was more light grey in color, mine was not, it is definitely beige. Cute, light weight piece, not sure how long it will last. highly disappointed!!!
The color was as expected and the size fits comfortably in my small studio apartment. Its not incredibly cushiony (so the chances of someone plopping down on it and settling in isnt likely) however, it is comfortable. I added two pillows that up the comfort level. Overall, Im happy with my purchase and I recommend it for small spaces. Overall, great value for the price.
I absolutely love this seat! Its the perfect addition to our MCM house! Incredibly easy to put together / I was able to carry it inside the house and assemble it myself. It is really solid and sturdy and gives great support. Highly recommend! I honestly love
