The only thing I didnt like about this product is that there are no words on the directions. Not a huge deal but if you dont look very closely at the pictures youll have to take things apart and redo it. Also some of the screws didnt match up perfectly but I was still able to get it together. Exactly as Described.
Not sturdy, Not as well built as I believed it would be and I had to drill holes for the middle legs for the bed due to the hole that was there was way to far over Part missing otherwise I like it.
Would have given 5 stars but one of the middle support bars keeps bending back under the bed when both kids are sleeping. We put a longer screw in and its fixed it Decent buy for me.
This product has some issues. When putting the bed together, some parts are not made properly so they were unable to be screwed in. Some of the bolts were already stripped so you could not screw them in with the tool that was sent. Overall, I will see exaactly how long it will last. The product does not seem to be as sturdy as the pictures show.
Assembly was a total nightmare. After we took it apart and back together 5 times, we discovered a piece was defective. My husband fixed it and made it work but if we had bought it locally we have returned it.
Great bed overall. Build instructions are less clear than is ideal and many screws were difficult to twist. Just make sure all of the holes are in the right positions.
Would Buy Again Functional.
Ive purchased 3 bunk beds for my kids and this brand is the first to get it right. It is suggested to put it together with two people and I put it together by myself. Had to use a hammer to get some of the mattress support bars in but Id rather do that then think they are coming out. The support bars you can add on to the bottom are a bit cheap but overall the quality is very high. Would buy again. Does its job!.
The bed is solid. The instructions were easy to follow. We were sent two top rails for the same side. I drilled holes that made it work. It was much easier than returning a partially put together bed. The material is quality. The quality control is lacking. It is alright.

Came with the safety rail missing. Instructions were not good Horrible to put together.
