I am really happy with this small, no/incline electric treadmill. Im 59 with a 33 inch inseam (i.e. long stride) and I can walk normally on this machine.
Pros: Its the perfect size for my office/spare room. The photos show ladies sz 9 shoes, so you can see its not very big. I live in a townhouse and my neighbors have zero complaints about the noise. If Im talking on the phone, the person Im talking to can hear it, but it doesnt interfere with our conversation. I get a great workout because its actually harder than walking outside. I think this is due to the belt / yes, the machine moves the belt, but I think it requires more effort from the user. It feels a bit different than the large treadmills at the gym. I have to set this one at a higher number for my speed walk than I would with gym/size machines.
Cons: Its a bit heavy, so I wouldnt want to move it every day. It is narrow, so you have to pay attention because you cannot hold onto the bar while its running / unless you want to lean over at an incredibly awkward angle. The bar is useless, except to hold your phone and use the emergency clip on thing. The cord to plug it into an outlet is also a bit short.
Overall, this is a great treadmill for its size. It does what you need it to do!

I must admit I am really impressed with the performance of this treadmill. I can have a nice walk or even a fast paced walk and continue to work at my standing desk.
I did try a more intense run and it seemed a little narrow but possible you just want to be careful. I would say a walk to a light job is what this is best for.
Overall I am impressed with the treadmill and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay moving.

This is a fantastic treadmill. I purchased it to put under my desk at the office and it is perfect. Im able to fast walk with no issues.
Be aware, the handle bars are too far forward and can not be changed.
wish the handle bars were straight instead o slanted forward. Now, have to lean forward to hold on.
