Looks nice enough when put together but came with several bent parts that needed adjusting. I needed the guest bed set up in time for a party or I would have returned. Not nearly as sturdy as I hoped
Over all not too bad, I regret choosing white the paint is flaking off as we assembled it, the seller has been extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about making it right with me on the paint issue, changing to a five star for customer service and satisfaction Pay attention to the pictures!
Beams too long. Cant squeeze in no matter what. Will have to assemble without rubber/ plastic protection caps.
EDIT: I am updating my original review due to this companies above and beyond customer service. They were very concerned that I had issues with the beams, and they are doing everything to rectify it. Much more than would ever expect, didnt really expect anything. Bottom line, fantastic customer service which means everything. Love it
I honestly expected missing pieces or a wobbly bed for the price I paid. Nope! All pieces there and this is a decently sturdy bed. I will say this is ideally a 2 person job to assemble, but its doable solo, its just going to be a little time consuming. No creaking from the joints like I experienced with a similar type bed. No thin or flimsy pieces either / dropped a part on my foot in the assembly process and oof. It easily supports myself, my spouse, and our 2 dogs as we sleep. Seller even contacted me via email to make sure it arrived and assured me if there were any problems they guarantee their product. Highly recommend. It was packaged nicely
This bed came in a fairly compact package and arrive in 1 day from my order! The directions are well laid out and all the parts, nuts, and bolts are clearly labeled. I assembled this be by myself in about 1 hour. ok value for the money
First off I want to praise this companies aming customer service. The replies are super fast and they do follow ups. No other company including the big names that I purchased from offered such quick responses and solutions.
Now to the frame. For the people giving it some negative hits, look at the price, you just cant beat that or expect more for its price. This frame has aming value. Was easy to set up, instructions were very clear and all parts are labeled.
Now to expand on their excellent customer support. I had an issue with the bottom support bars and when I contacted the seller, I got a response within 30 mins and my email replies were usually 15 mins apart. They didnt have the spare parts I was looking for and automatically without me asking, offered to send me a whole new replacement. The bed came a day earlier than scheduled, but on the scheduled day they sent me an email in the morning to follow up and to see if I recieved it and if I had any issues.
Dont know about you guys, but this to me is quality customer service. Definitely looking up this company first for all my other furniture. Exactly what I was looking for

Squeak free, sturdy and holds the mattress beautifully. Wasnt horrible to put together either We have no dislikes
