I had a hole in the netting on the back of the chair.
Sent a photo to the company, they sent a replacement back in a couple of days.
Very pleased with the service and the chair. Using it in a home office.
It is much more comfortable than my chair at work that cost 5 times the amount.
Im setting up a bedroom corner office and this chair fits perfect. Its comfy. It was very easy and very quick assembly. The posture it has you sitting in is comfortable. It looks good too. The only thing I wish this chair did was I like when they have the tilt feature that when you tilt forward or back you can lock it in place. This has a tilt feature so you can tilt/rock/bounce but it wont lock if you lean back and try to lock it. It does have a lock that can keep it from that rock/bounce/tilting if you dont like the chair to do that but not to keep it tilted back in place. (Hope that makes sense) It also comes with a 90 day warranty from the date its recieved if you do the mail in warranty.

Sturdy, Comfy, Easy Assembly
