Buy a wood one or a metal one that has more cross bars and connecting pieces. I bought a wood one and this one and this one is super flimsy and squeaky compared to wood. When you move it, the wood behaves like a one piece furnite whereas this metal bunk bed twist and squeaks like cry as if the bolts were not tighten. There literally no price difference between them either. The wood does not charge you redicoulos shipping fees either.
I spent a few months picking out different beds for my 5 year old. I had it narrowed down to 5. And he picked this one. It was easy to put together, went pretty quickly and he loves it. And has much more space to play in his room now. Great!
Space saver, able to have 6 long desk loaded with computers and monitors underneath. For adult use you may need to securely anchor the unit to the wall. Good quality.
Very sturdy for my two boys. Havent had any issues with wobbliness. My kids love it. My husband did have issues putting it together, it caused a lot of pain in his hands. The bars on the ladder are very uncomfortable, even for my son who is 60lbs. I got some pool noodles, cuz them and slid the bars right in. They dont twist as he climbs as long as you dont cut the pool noodles too short. Very happy with my purchase. works great.
No tools needed. Comes with an Allen wrench. As you assemble be mindful of where the holes are on the poles. It will save you time from taking apart later. We had to take apart a few things in the beginning, but was just a matter of turning around some lord.

Great bed. Built mostly by myself with a little help from teen. Just a little wiggly but solid for most part. Not noisy like other metal beds. The ladder is a little hard on feet but we wrapped pieces of rug around each rung and that worked like a charm. Good deal and was easy to put together.

Decent for the price. Alan heads are junk in my opinion. Go buy bolts My daughter love it!!!
