When we received this item, we were concerned at one of the boxes that seemed like it was a previous return. There were a few stains and issues. Customer service worked through the problem beautifully. We tried to get the stain out and when that didnt work, we asked for replacement cushions. Instead, they sent a new chair. WE ARE VERY HAPPY. The chairs are perfect for the small space we needed them for. They are light weight and easy to move around. They are comfortable. We added a different pillow in place of the lumbar pillow that comes with for a more stylish look. We plugged the screw holes with light oak for a richer look. lOVE THE RESULT!
If you have a small space, these are fine. They’re a little firmer than I’d personally like, but I suspect with use they’ll soften. I bought 2 for a small alcove in front of my fireplace and they’re perfect. Easy to assemble and lightweight enough for me to move by myself when I clean the house!
It was very easy to put together, really not comfortable to sit in but hey I wanted it as a decoration piece. Also, the back part will snap out if someone sits in it and try to lean back
We bought this to use in our nursery, and while it’s a good fit and relatively comfortable, you have to constantly readjust the legs to keep it sturdy. Not bad at this price point, but I wouldn’t buy it again.
Nice chair, a little stiff. The grey color was not what I expected, its two tone...dark grey, almost black with light grey. Very clever packaging to get it to fit into one big box.

I needed a pillow to get comfortable enough to like it a lot. Better than setting on my bed all the time with out a lot of room...

Hard to put together as the holes don’t line up easily. But once put together, it’s really comfortable and cute. My daughter loves it.
Chair wasn’t assembled correctly. It supposed to recline and it doesn’t.

Easy to assemble
Was not bad t pt together. Ottoman is very nice. Chair is more comfortable when used with ottoman.
