Directions for assembly were very clear. My sons always put things together for me and they bragged about how easy it was. They said it had to be designed by someone who had put things together forever with crappy instructions and knew there had to be a better way. The bed looks great and sturdy. Came with an awesome tool for putting it together and fairly easy instructions. Everything is well labeled. Only thing that wasnt super clear in the instructions (or clear in the pics which is partially on me for being tired when I built it) was the need to use the washers. Luckily its a bed for grandmom and she wont be tearing it apart with wild sex so Im not going back and putting those on after the fact. Really cute bed, great value for the money. Only had trouble with one screw and it eventually lined up to install. Very sturdy and durable

Its great! Two of us took about 40 minutes to assemble the bed! The instructions include clear pictures, but are in a weird order. The product is totally great! It looks nice and is of great quality! Worth it! I like the sturdiness and comfort of this product.
The wood looks very nice BUT this bed is so SQUEAKY!! Its annoying, my husband and I were hoping that after a few weeks the annoying squeaky sound would fade way, NOPE still going strong with the annoying sound. DEFINITELY not a bed for a couple if you get what I mean!! Its irritating the amount of noise this bed makes with EVERY movement we make. Our bedroom floor is hardwood so I dont know if this would be different on the carpet. Weve had the bed for 2 months now. I wish we could return this bed but we do not want to have to be the ones to take the bed apart and try and ship this thing.
This review is specifically for packaging and assembly / Queen size Santiago / we have not used the bed yet. Even though i put together many shelves, desks, and cabinets, I was reluctant to buy a bed that requires assembly. But a friend recently purchased and was pleased with bed. Bed arrived on time. I was impressed how sturdy the shipping box was. Inside, there was another just as sturdy inner box. There is no chance that contents would get damaged in transit. The contents were arranged inside with the perfect precision / no movement or banging. I was totally amed to see that each styrofoam spacer was placed inside of the plastic sleeve! / NO messy styrofoam flakes after unpacking. The assembly was very easy. It took me a little over an hour at a leisure pace in a cramped space. The holes are aligned with laser precision. The hardware is high quality / the nuts and bolts are well/threaded and fit perfectly. It takes virtually no effort to assemble the parts. And Instructions deserve whole a lot of praise! Clear, concise, large, easy to follow schematics. Other manufactures should learn form how to ship their stuff. Thank you ! I hope I will be just as pleased when we begin using the bed. I will update this review if needed.
I love the way it looks, and the level it sits to the ground. However, after two months of actually using it, the bed is wobbly and after multiple times of tightening the screws as well/ it still continues to move. Just turning over on the bed creates a movement that makes you worry if itll collapse. With two of us sleeping, we have come to the conclusion that its time for a new bed frame sadly, it was fun while it lasted. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
This bed was easy to assemble, good instructions and included the allen wrench. Took me about an hour to do without help. Best to lay out all the parts first in the shape of the bed, then assemble following instructions. Perfect for us
Was originally shipped the wrong bed frame but a new one was shipped right out and it is perfect. Great quality and pretty easy to assemble. Took my wife and I about 45 minutes. Product was just as descriproduct
