I LOVE this bed.
I did balk at the price a little, but it really is comparable and reasonable when you consider the quality and the 2-in-1 storage component. I wouldnt go so far to say it replaces a dresser, but Im planning on using it to store linens and bedding and it will probably replace my nightstands (which are a necessity for me).
Assembly is a 2 person job, and my husband and I did make it harder on ourselves by not having our electric screwdriver (though even still there are parts I would do by hand to not strip/mar the screws). It took us a few hours, and we eventually scrapped putting the drawers together to have something to sleep on for the night (since we moved and junked our old) and finished those add ons over the next couple days as we thought about it.
The finished product is gorgeous. We have the caramel and it is lustrous, warm, rich, red wood tone. The wood itself is sturdy and substantial (the very few virgin wood places to screw in were tough) and the bed shakes not at all!
Now, (the seller). Phenomenal. I had an issue with my card through (mostly my fault for ordering twice, a little bad advice from reps, but they made it right) and I was Really concerned that the shipping window would no longer align with my arrival at the new house and Id have to sleep on the floor for a week or more. Messaged and they sent it from their closer warehouse and it arrived in a day or 2, the exact day we moved in as it happens. They completely resolved a really stressful situation just so easily and efficiently. I am really, very appreciative. When there was a further issue with the card (stemming from fixing the first double-bill situation), they kindly reached out and asked if I had had issues with the delivery and I was able to proactively reach out to to make sure was paid.
10/10 would order again and have Definitely recommended to friends.
Fits great in the space we have, pretty easy to put together, though the directions certainly could have been clearer. I am a little concerned about it’s durability. It doesn’t seem very solid/sturdy. Especially the trundle. We may try to reinforce with a piece of plywood underneath.
Horrible to assemble. Dozens of pieces to arrange. Scratches sooo easily. Also, they left out every single slat so I can’t even use it.
Update: bed is 100% assembled. Pieces came damaged. Spent over 8 hours putting this bed together and all the packages did not arrive at the same time. Seller knows UPS has this issue and they still use them. Seller offered $50 for the hassle on a $1000 bed with damaged pieces. They offered to ship new pieces but putting this together was worse than an IKEA bed. Pieces did not line up. Also, their selling point were these slide in/out night stands on each side and they’re completely UNUSABLE. Anything you put on them slides right off because the board tilts so badly. I attached a picture.
Pro: multiple support beams, very happy with that aspect.
Overall I do love this bed. It is a space saver with the extra bed and the 3 small storage drawers. Some of the wood was split, and of course the top part of the front bottom bed frame was slightly damaged possibly during shipping. The bottom drawers were hard to assemble only because of sliding them on the track pass the safety feature. May be helpful to add on the instructions that it is okay to give some extra force to push pass the feature. Otherwise the princess loves it and it was still worth the money. Hope this helps.
The design for the attachment of the top piece of the headboard is not good at all. 3 holes are drilled into the board but no predrilled holes into the very narrow board it screws into. As predicted the first attempt to screw it in busted out the back half of the board. Going to skip the screws and just wood glue it in place.
This bed is awesome!!! A lot of storage... A LOT!!! Really nice modern look. I love my little coffee table/shelf If you follow the instructions its pretty easy to assemble.

Lids should not jump on the trundle the base will break.
I like that only took 1 and a half hours to put together. The bed is not sturdy enough handle a heavy set child.i got what paid for value was good.
