i like that it sleeps five kids, i dont like that the very bottom bed that slides out is made of wood and that its very delicate. Be careful when putting that part together. All in All its what we wanted, just wish the slide out bed was a bottle more sturdy.
I will lead by saying this bedframe is beautiful, BUT putting this thing together was an absolute nightmare. There are at least a couple hundred screws, over 50 steps (which for 900 dollars should have been more helpful) and alot of pieces were mislabeled or missing hole cuts. I would not recommend this to someone who isnt very handy with tools.
I love the bed, I am 62 and 240LBS, and have a Tempur pedic mattress and the low profile (bunkie bed) box spring and its extremely comfortable. BUT,,, theres always a but, its a bear to put together. I am fairly experienced in putting together many furniture pieces, but this was the hardest.. not impossible, just takes a lot of time and carefully studying the instructions.
A couple hints,, first, you have to use an electric screwdriver,, dont try to assemble with the measly alen wrench they supply,, Just be careful and go slow with the speed. Get an alen bit to match the alen wrench they supply and youll be happy.
Next, I found out after the first box that each box is in itself a separate piece,, so dont open all the boxes at once, work on one at a time,, 3 boxes are the 3 base pieces, one is the foot board and 2 and 3 are the side pieces, the flat and long box is the last and has all the slats ..
once you get through the 1 box, youll get to see the pattern and should be easier after that.
As i said , I am pretty experienced with these and it took me about 7hrs to put it together,, so, take you time and follow the instructions, they are pretty good, once you see the pattern.

I was worried about the corners being flimsy but they are not. The product is sturdy and worth every penny but you better be ready for an assembling adventure. Took 2-3 hours each day over a three day span to assemble it. Assembly is no harder than any other product but because it is sturdy it has a lot of pieces to put together. Either way I LOVE it and recommend it 100%.

I was sent a wrong piece and I fixed it myself with a 10% refund. One of my drawers gets a little stuck. Also, the slide out shelf/table isnt working as it should. I know how to build things and this was pretty easy to follow, but when you have the wrong or defective pieces it makes it a little more challenging. AND in the top corner theres a leg for support, but it seems to be very unstable. Overall, I dont think this is worth the money I spent and the time involved in fixing it.
Prepare yourself for a 4 hour build, have 2 people, open ONE box at a time like many other reviews say, and use a screw gun.

This is a great product. The support team is exceptional. When assembling this bed, I tripped and bent the rollers for one of the drawers. I sent an email to the company stating that I was very upset with myself because of what had happened. I requested that perhaps they could sell me a new set of rollers. This was on a Sunday morning. Support immediately responded, requesting my address. By Tuesday I had a new set of rollers, free of charge. Great Product and even Greater Support!
