This chair came already ripped in places.
After being sat in once it started leaning to the side and they sent me a replacement for it. They have great customer service and Winnie was kind and helpful throughout the process. It works.
The chair went together very well but I did not do my homework on the chair. It always felt like it was going to snap back to the sitting position no matter what I tried and how far back I sat in the chair. I ended up giving it to my heavier and taller grandson.
UPDATE!!! This seller has now gone above and beyond to make my unhappy experience better. I am very appreciative of this and how they have worked to get a better product in the future!! Works well.
You definitely get what you pay for with this chair, and I dont mean that negatively. I think its a great value for just a few hundred dollars. Just maintain reasonable expectations Good Product.
Very easy to put together. Love the 2 cup holders and all the pockets! Super comfy, and the perfect size! Love the heat setting, just wish it would stay on longer. And the massage isnt what I thought it would be, its more of a vibration, but I still love it! Easy set up.
Chair is decent for the price. Its doesnt massage as it says it really only vibrates and its quite loud and rattles when it does. We got this for our nursery so we will see how it holds up with the extra noise. Not great but not terrible. Great value. Very sturdy.
Bought this for my grandma and she loves it. The fabric is like Jersey cotton so not sure how it will hold up. I am strong enough to put the footrest down but she cannot. Overall very pleased with the chair.Good.

Not for short medium build people
The chair went together very well but I did not do my homework on the chair.
