Took forever to o be delivered even though it was fitting in same city for three days, then mail man barely helped get it off the truck, said too heavy ,he was right, could use more packing boxes.for delivery Comes as shown in picture.
One of the head/foot bars had a dent in it. Tried to make contact with the manufacturer and no luck. Other than that. Kids love it.but not what I expected
This was a very intuitive product to assemble. My son and I had this together in about an hour. The instructions do a good job of showing how pieces should be oriented, avoiding mistakes. Very sturdy so far. Id buy this again. The instructions were perfect! I didnt get confused at all
I can NOT believe how good the instructions were. Not only were they good, but more importantly the screw holes lined up! This company not only organized the tools needed, but also offered help. Which I am proud to say we didnt need. Well made product, great instructions, and Yes we will buy from them again! Needs better support
My 3 year old has been hanging and jumping like a monkey. I have slept on top and bottom bunk many nights. Bed and ladder have held up. Husband (220lb) + me (130lb) plus toddler 35lb with no issue. very pleasantly surprised

Good purchase for the money
The kids love them. We bought one for each. The only complaint I have is the stairs to the top bunk are insanely uncomfortable. Be sure to have it

OVERALL GOOD FOR THE PRICE
Use it for a twelve year old and a three year old. Overall very good, except for the constant squeaking it does. Overall you got what you paid for.
