I bought this from Whse, so I expected it was a return. However, the bench could NOT have been assembled with the hardware provided. Some of the assembly hardware screws were too short to work and the inspection team totally missed why the bench was returned originally. With my 30 years of mechanical experience and extra mechanical hardware, I was able to complete the assembly and will not return the bench for credit or exchange. According to my inspection of the problem, this is not the only unit that will have this problem.

Came fully assembled, cushion has held up well, only wish the baskets had a scratch/resistant base. Decent buy for me.
