This couch is beautiful in person. The camera just can’t pick up the quality of the fabric and the details. I can’t wait to add throw pillows and dress it up. It is sturdy and comfortable as well.

I have been searching for a new sofa for FIFTEEN YEARS! Obviously, I am not easy to please. This sofa is gorgeous and very comfortable. I agree with other reviews that mention the cushions are firm. They are but very comfortable. The sofa is extremely well made and was a snap to put together (legs). The legs and hardware are bundled and taped to the springs which you access from the bottom of the couch through a semi-circle zipper compartment. I am amazed at the quality, comfort, and attractiveness of this couch! We are off to a good start...
I got the couch and the loveseat with the additional warranties—and have had them for three months. I have zero complaints. They aren’t too hard or too soft. Fabric is sturdy, legs assemble easily (they’re in a zip pocket on the underside of the couch) and they’re whole family approved. I imagine if you were super tall they might be small/short, but for a mid-century design they’re just right.
I bought the set of matching couch, chair and ottoman. The quality is excellent. They are very comfortable. They look classy. They were delivered promptly and professionally.

I found this sofa too deep for me (Im 5 4) and, more important, it provides no support for upper shoulders, neck, and head, making it rather uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes. The quality seemed pretty good for the price, though. As an aside, the (grey) sofa pictured when I made my purchase was much darker than the sofa I received. The pictures on the website now are accurate. Returns process is a nightmare. Multiple chats, email messages, phone calls, hour(s)! wasted on hold, agents who have no idea wat is going on and apparently have no access to notes of what has happened thus far.
Chair shopping is tough because 1- chairs are expensive, 2- so many chairs are flat-out ugly. Especially the affordable ones. When I found this goodlooking oversized armchair, I was hesitant to pay $535 for it, but after a long, intensive search, it was legitimately the best find for the price. It is very comfortable, sturdy, and attractive. I like the pillows, but you can also remove them for a totally different vibe (and to make some space for cuddling- the chair fits two small people!). Id say it was a good choice.
So I ordered the chair in December. 30 days later it arrived. I decided the space was gonna need 2 so I placed a order for a second. Which arrived today. Ummm it’s about 2in short in W and about 1in shorter in H. O the wood stain on the legs..
One is almost orange and the other a decent Acacia Wood color. What to do? Such a hassle to return. Disappointed!

Not very comfortable, especially for those smaller in stature

Well made. A high end piece of furniture. Fabric is well constructed, yet soft and comfortable. The chair/ottoman set is sturdy and well built.
