My wife and I have ordered numerous home decor and furniture items from s brand. We have been satisfied with the overall quality of these items (leather chair, lamps, rugs, etc.). Unfortunately, this sofa did not hold up to the standard of quality weve come to expect from . The item is visually appealing and is an attractive piece in our room but the was not durable and began wearing, pilling, and drooping after a few short weeks. We flipped cushions and experienced the same poor wear on the other side as well. The backs and arms hold up just fine but the seat cushions are not durable for daily use. The down fill is comfortable and the item would be great if the quality of material was better.
Ok, so I bought a sofa online without trying it out and you know what? I am actually pleased with the purchase. It took about 15 minutes to assemble, BY MYSELF and then an hour to figure out how I wanted it placed in the room. It is comfortable / deep like I wanted, the only issue is that I wish the back was higher. If I want to lean straight back, the back only hits me in my lower lumbar area as a tall person (58) I would like it to be at least mid back. Otherwise the cushions are soft and the material seems durable. Oh the cushions they kind of crunch when you move around, so if you plan to sleep on it in a quiet room, that might be an issue if you are sound sensitive. Great online purchase. very happy with it. Very good.
I spent weeks searching for a couch in the 1000 price range that would be comfortable, well/made, stylish, and deep. I had almost given up on the search thinking it was impossible, but then I happened to come across this couch on . Normally I would never buy a couch without sitting in it first, but this one had good reviews so I decided to take the risk. Im sure glad I did! This couch is firm yet comfortable. It feels very sturdy as well and Im sure it will last a long time. If I saw this couch in a store I would expect it to cost at least twice the price. Its extremely chic and could fit within many different design styles. The best part is that its deep so that it could be used as an extra space for guests to sleep. The delivery process was so easy as well / the delivery company was very professional and had good communication. Setup was so easy that the hardest part was dismantling the box it came in. Overall Im very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a large couch. Updated review
Needed a chair for a newly decorated room. During pandemic all furniture stores had atleast a 2 month wait for delivery. Took a chance on new line of furniture and cant say enough good things. Delivery was great! Chair is well made and very comfortable. New fan of s line of furniture Great for small spaces.
Look of couch is adorable. Exactly what I needed for a small studio apartment. Not as comfortable as other sofas I have owned, but not uncomfortable. My only issue was that the first scheduled delivery window, it never came and had to reschedule which impacted two days of work. Love these.
