Design flaw. Bed was everything they claim. The only issue is that there is nothing in the design to keep the mattress in place. I purchased a Tuft and Needle mattress and it wont stay in the frame. Please revise your design to include a small lip to prevent mattress sliding and I will gladly buy another and give u a 5 star rating.
This is an absolutely beautiful bed. I will say, it arrived with a giant scratch, and the level of effort to try to return/ exchange wasn’t worth it (because it’s big, and because I needed a bed). So, we’ll just live with it. Also, after about a week or so, it has a bit of a squeak. Nothing huge, but we’re small people and it’s a king size bed so I was surprised.
The scratch is large but it’s at the foot of the bed, and the blanket mostly covers it. The headboard looks very nice.
The bed frame comes with proper fittings and easy instructions. The assembly is quite easy. The color is as depicted in the picture. It seems sturdy, will have to use a few months to know for sure. The base however could have been a bit more sturdy. The bed squeaks if you jump on the mattress.
The major issue was the delivery. Despite of repeated requests the 80.5 lb frame was delivered in the mailroom. We called the customer care, however, there was no resolution. So, if you are okay to carry such a heavy furniture to your door.. Order away !!

Only two issues. One, they packed the Caramel bed inside a chocolate box, so I received the wrong color (Im okay with that, though). Two, the headboard doesnt extend high enough, so it is easily hidden by the mattress (12 queen for me) and pillows.
Everything came packaged well and all the parts were there. The bed feels good on the frame but there is a bad smell coming from the headboard, one can describe it as fishy and stale. Not sure how to get rid of it as it doesn’t seem we can detache it to wash. Maybe I’ll have to sprinkle baking soda? Anyone know?
Took a while to put together by myself but it was easy to follow.... I love this bed .... I needed something that was built sturdy and held the mattress etc... so far so good!

Overall, we are super impressed with this bed. The packaging is very efficient, very Ikea-like. Everything we needed was in the box and in perfect condition. Its small scale and yet more than just a headboard. Absolutely lovely with headboard, footboard, side rails. Oh and the instructions were easy to follow and we commented that this is one of the easiest things that weve ever put together. Dont hesitate to buy this bed!

The holes for the screws on the headboard were on the wrong side…
