I bought this trampoline for my almost 2 year old son. I put it together by myself the springs were hard but other than that it was very easy. I love it so much it came with a basketball more balls and it even came with cute little trampoline socks! Can’t wait till my son wakes up so he can play in it!
The mat has an extra slot, one more than the springs that attach to the frame, it is bigger than the frame and it creates a dip, not being possible to jump. We tried getting a replacement of the mat, thinking that it was a mistake and there is no way to contact the brand
We purchased this item for our 1.5 and 2 year olds to burn off energy, we needed something large enough for the two of them but small enough to add to their existing play area. This unit fulfilled all our wants and needs, its lightweight yet very sturdy, assembly took about 35-40 mins and the instruction were straight forward and easy to follow - we did have a problem with a screw stripping the hole in one of the upper bars but after contacting customer care they resolved the issue quickly and rushed another part to us. This unit can easily be taken down to store or move, it has a weight limit of 100 lbs but im 160 lbs and jumped in it with my daughter with no issues what so ever. I highly recommend this trampoline for its quality, price, sturdiness and effective response from customer service. You wont be disappointed!
Came in quick, and set-up was not complicated. The directions miss a step, but you figure out that the velcro on the netting has to line-up with the posts, unfortunately for me, there was nothing about that in the directions, and I had considered that after I had most of the trampoline together.
Remember this tip, line the velcro straps up with the spaces slotted for the posts, before hooking the trampoline up.
Our initial order unfortunately had a defect. The company responded quickly though and remedied the situation. Was very happy about the overall experience.
