I read many reviews and choose to purchase. Easy to assemble. Glad I read a review on Dark Brown being available because that is just what I needed. It is hard and low to ground but that isnt an issue for my needs. It looks amazing and serves as additional seating in the Woman Cave and my Grandchildren can sleep on it.
Looks contemporary and modern, sleek, the kind I wanted. Its a faux leather so dont expect the best quality, but is indeed good. Not regretting, good purchase overall. Two things I wished better: the cup area in between is bit flimsy, hoping it will last longer, the back side of the couch is black and extended at the bottom, being open floor plan, its visible from the other side of the room. I expected the back to be white as well. But all well, It is easy to move around in the room, turns into a bed, so might come handy when guests visit. Liking its appeal in our current setting. See the pictures to see it for yourself. Today is Day 1. Will update further if anything goes wrong, once we have it for a few months! I would recommend it so far based on the look, usage and price paid.
We bought this futon for our grandchildrens TV room. I wish the legs were a little higher (for me), but the kids love it. The love the beverage holder and the little cushions. I love the fact that I can wipe it down to keep it clean after each visit.
We bought this to fold into a bed for our grand-daughter when she stays with us in the summer. Shes going to be surprised this year because of the comfort this futon offers. This fits beautifully in our small cabin.
They say that you get what you pay for, so Im glad we stepped up paid a bit more for this model. Very rigid sturdy, and you feel that when you assemble this unit. Rugged was the first word that came to mind when I sat down on it. Very glad we chose this model over the others.

I love that it fits my small gaming area.., it wasnt so easy for me to assemble. But, I love it!
