Also just a side note, if youre debating going for the low or high back like I was- definitely the high back was the way to go!

Im so glad I made this purchase. It was so easy to assemble and its actually sturdy. Cat approved too. Its so cute! I love it. Dont wait, just get it!
Excellent customer service After speaking with I got another email from company advising me to ignore bill sender on the return labelsaid label is pre paid. Glad my original review is correct for this company.I agree with reviews of other customers, as far as comfort, ease to assemble etc. Unfortunately the color didnt work for me and I requested to return it. Since this was purchased thru a third party I sent an email via . The company responded within 24 hour. They even offered me a discount if I considered keep the chair. The return label was sent within 48 hours and the company paid for the return shipping. I know if I ever purchase products from them in the future I can rely on them to provide excellent customer service skills. They are attentive, professional, accommodating, and true to their word.
Its not for everyone, but its perfect for us! Very comfortable, easy to assemble and it came way faster then they said they was suppose to arrive, so worth the money and everyone comes in loves them. Im very happy with my purchase.
Instructions for assembly would be helpful It is perfect for my office. Love the color and was exactly what I wanted. It was fairly easy to put together.
