Very practical, and surprisingly sturdy for the price. Very good value if you are lucky enough to get a pair of good chairs.
Mine, unfortunately, came with one being crooked (see photo), so much so that the uneven distribution of weight / with me being only 105 lbs / caused damage to the shaft ( see photo).
The disassembly instruction basically says take a hammer to the pin at the base (see photo). However, I hammered away so much (see photo) that pieces of the pin broke apart (see photo).
Contacted customer Service via Chat, phone, and email. Consistently I was told to send it back for refund. However, there is no way to rebox the product if not disassembled.
To whomever is looking to buy / check the pieces carefully before putting it all together. If all pieces look good, congrats! If not, rebox right away and request replacement.

Very nice bar stools. Comfortable and arrived in excellent condition. The stools were easy to assemble. My 14 year old old son is using them for his video gaming chair. He came out of his room and asked if he could use his second chair this weekend, which meant he wanted to invite a friend over. Lol Very well made.
Obsessed with these stools!! My only regret is shopping store to store looking for them. I found some similar but they wanted 120 EACH! I didnt want them that bad. Found these and for the price figured I would give them a try. I put them together myself in about 10 min. They are exactly what I have been looking for!! Value for money.
