The bar stools are Quick and easy to assemble, because each stool has only 4 pieces to their assembly. The instruction pamphlet is easy to follow, As 3 of the pieces simply slot into one another and the 4th peace which is the seat is secured bye 4 Allen bolt screws. The manufacturer has even included a pair of thin cotton gloves with the Allen key tool, for preventing unnecessary fingerprints when assembling. The padded seat has a diamond shaped design, Which I personally find is supportive and very comfortable. They provide a good variation of height adjustment, Which is easy to control with the side lever. I personally think that they are very stylish and modern looking, they are not difficult or heavy to manoeuvre as each stool weighs in just over 8 kg. I would happily recommend these stools. Attach a pole to the base.
Put the 4 bolts into the bottom of the chair attaching the 2nd pole to the chair base.
Then put the chair and pole into the base pole. ( 2 poles in total )

These stools are brilliant, they look great in my conservatory and are very comfortable.
They have a quilted leather (faux) look to them and are well padded and height adjustable with the standard lever below the seat.
These arrive in parts in a large box but unfortunately mine didnt have the instructions included to put them together, however it was fairly straight forward to work out and both stools were put together and ready for use in minutes, REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE SMALL PLASTIC CAP ON THE HYDRAULIC PART BEFORE ASSEMBLY a very important thing to note especially if you are missing the instructions.
They look brilliant and are very comfy, i definitely recommend these.

Theyre sturdy, durable, and surprisingly lightweight. Assembling them was a breeze and the package includes everything needed to set them up.
The legs dont wobble, and the seats are really comfortable to sit on / theyre not completely flat either, so theyre slightly shaped for a good fit.
The swivel mechanism works flawlessly. They are really comfortable to sit on. Not for just a short amount of time but for an extended period of time. There is a small lower back support on the back of each stool that gives me just the right amount of spine support.
The height adjustment is great and very straightforward to function / perfect for both those with kids/who prefer lower stools and those who prefer higher stools. Adjusting each chair is really easy and they have a 360 degree swivel on them which is great if you need to turn around whilst sitting on them and dont want to have to get off to do so.
I like that the base is protected and wont scratch or leave any marks on my wooden tiles if the stools are dragged across, and it also keeps the stools from sliding any time someone sits on it or gets off.
They definitely add a lively chic touch wherever theyre placed, and blend in well with both modern and vintage decor themes too. Great quality / I have no doubt these will last a very long time. Would be happy to recommend. Very nice quality and looks nice.

The pair of white bar stools is surprisingly tough, better than I expected.
Assembly is easy; just take care to fit the correct length hex/head bolts in the correct positions as shown on the instructions.
Comfort is OK, but the lowest height is a couple of inches too tall to swing ones legs round to under the kitchen breakfast bar/top. This could have been our main use.
Seat is wipe clean faux leather but the stitching will trap stains, and I made a mistake with this white set from Vine, black would have been so much more practical, especially in a kitchen.
The gas strut fits the base and seat sockets securely with interference tapers at each end. The welded construction of the circular base looks good, and I hope the core of the seat is as durable.
Lean forward and the embarrassing sound effects produced if the seat sleeve moves against the pedestal column are worthy of CJs office chairs.
For me, the height range and the colour/way combine to lose the star from otherwise excellent stools.

Assembly is remarkably quick and easy and the assemble stools are very stylish and, more importantly, very comfortable and supportive. Height can be adjusted and kept in position by gas struts, which seem very stable. The foot/bar aids stability when sitting in a high position.

Im in the process of restyling my kitchen and these stools will be a very useful feature.

There are good points and bad points about these stools.
Some good points Once assembled, they are well weighted, not liable to tip, and the seats are surprisingly comfortable, with a padding that initially looks like itll be quite thin, but which ends up being perfectly adequate. Theres a lot of adjustability in the height, and once youve said the right height for your breakfast bar, they tend to stay put at that height. Theres a satisfying swivel to them.
Some less positive points Its clear while assembling them that theyre not quite as premium as the price tag might suggest. The metal parts feel cheap, and on the set we got, there were already some small marks. When the chairs swivel, they groan and squeak, which is not what you want from elegant, super/cool furniture.
We got a pair of two stools, and on one of them, the pneumatic lift section didnt work properly and weve struggled to get it to rise up. Were still struggling with it to be honest/ we think something has become jammed inside the tube of the top part that sits down onto the pneumatic lift, causing it to be unable to lift. Thats an ongoing problem. Once we get it fixed (or fail to) Ill hopefully come back and edit this review accordingly.
Though the product description currently shows black as the only colour option, we ordered and got a white pair. Theres always a risk with white that it will get marked or stained too easily, especially with kids around, but looks/wise I think its surprisingly nice. Instead of being a kitsch, 60s white plastic style item, the white is a subdued, slightly cream colour that feels quite natural and manages to fit in with the walls of our kitchen, rather than fitting in with the rest of the furniture.
Be warned, theres a specific weight thats required to be applied to the chair before it goes down when you pull the lever, otherwise it goes up. One of my kids is heavy enough to make it go down, while a younger one is light enough that it goes up when they sit on it and pull the lever. This has given them surprisingly long/lasting fun as they take it in turns to pull the lever. It wasnt actually intended as a toy, but its difficult to get them off it sometimes!
do their own brand bar stools which are currently cheaper than this, and more or less equivalent, except that we had no problems with the assembly or build quality of those, whereas these have given us a bit of a headache. On that basis I want to give them three stars, but since they are comfortable and fairly sturdy, Ill make it four.
