Love these chairs that I bought to go with coordinating table and bench. The chairs are much lighter weight than my previous table so they are easier for my kids to pull in and out. They are structurally sound and comfortable to sit in. I love the dark wood color next to the white. The white on the chairs is actually off white. One of my four chairs did have a small spot of damage on the seat, but Customer Service offered me a refund, replacement, or discount. The spot is small so I opted to get a discount. So far, no one has seemed to notice the spot. Without the damage, I would have given the chairs 5 stars. I like it.

I gave 4 stars only because one of the chairs was delivered with very deep noticeably scratches on them and it had chips along the side of the border. I contacted customer service who were professional and aming, they have offered to send a new set of chairs out and are paying for my return on the damaged chair. Great excellent service! Wow!! This was a great buy!!
I was nervous about buying these chairs and the table online due to numerous reviewers mentioning damaged or scratched items. I bought six chairs and the matching table and nothing was damaged. Six chairs fit comfortably at the table (another thing I was nervous about) but I may need to buy round placemats because I think the rectangular ones will overlap a bit. Overall the entire dining set looks great! My only negative comment is that majority of the chairs have uneven legs / Ill just need to find some taller felt pads to put on certain legs. Like!
Great chairs. Heavy weight and sturdy Love the buttermilk color. I would have given them 5 stars if the holes for the screws had been made properly. It should have taken a few minutes to put each chair together, but the holes seemed to have been drilled with a very dull bit,so I had to do a lot of scraping wood pulp fibers out of the holes in order to get the screws in properly, so it took much longer. Very annoying. Overall I would recommend them. Perfect.
