Ordered two sets of chairs. There were two out of the four that had to be sent back because the veneer was not adhering to the chair. We received delivery of two new chairs quickly and were able to send the other two back without problems. I have noticed that people have been complaining about the chairs that they are uneven and wobbly. The answer to that is to assemble them loosely on a flat surface, then tighten the legs then. It worked great for us. Would recommend these to anyone. I love the color of the seat, and the rest of the chair is not a bright white but an off white. Works great!!
I bought these to match my dining table. They are pretty sturdy and holding up great so far. I have 3 kids so they always climbing and these chairs are still holding up. The only thing I dislike is when sitting too long in these your bottom starts to hurt. You would need to get some soft chair cushions. Other than that no complaints, they are beautiful chairs. Very Sturdy product.
The chair is nice but after they arrived I got bubbles forming in the seat part. The wood type material was bubbling up and cracking. I ordered 4 chairs and a bench and 2 bubbled up. Not too happy about that but I returned them and got 2 more I took them out of the package and one was dented.
The people selling this produce needs to be a lot more careful with this before they send it out to paying customers. Quality could be improved.

Seats scratch easily, but I still love them. Not bad.
Arrived in good packaging. Assembly was difficult. Prestiges holes dont quite line up making the bolts difficult to get in. And tightening with an Allen wrench In such a tight space is a bit of a pain. Once assembled the quality is good. Love the color and the sturdy feel of the chairs. They are comfortable to sit in and no worries they will just fall apart. Made a good addition to my dining room table. Very easy to set up!
Changed to 4 stars just realized Ive now owned these chairs for 3 years and they are still holding up amingly despite the original damage Sturdy chairs and look great around our dining room table but one if the chairs arrived with two large chips in the seat. It was really upsetting after paying good money for them and waiting a week for them to arrive, and then to show up damaged! Well made, easy to assemble and useful.
