I purchased this desk to replace a smaller desk I was using when I worked from home. The other desk was around the same price range but did not come with the two drawers for storage, nor was it as large. I really appreciate the size and sturdiness of the desk. It took some time for me to put it together but that was expected. The it came in was a bit beat up but the desk inside was fine.
The drawer on the first desk didnt fit together properly and after some back and forth with the company was I was required to submit proof of the manufacturing defects, a whole new desk was sent to me. They were unable to send me just the parts I needed so I need to find a good home for the desk since I do not need two.
All in all, because the customer service was so great and the person I worked with responded so quickly, I give this purchase 5 out of 5.
I was initially nervous because there were no reviews, but it was one of few desks that i saw that fit the dimensions of the space under my stairs. It also was a great price. Honestly, it was a great find! Everything came in well packaged. Everything was clearly labeled and the directions were clear and explicit. Just be careful when you are putting it together to pay attention to where the holes are (specifically for the back where the criss cross is). Also, dont screw anything too tight, and dont use a power drill. I began with a power drill because Im used to building furniture but it just gave me a headache and nothing was fitting the way it needed to. It might take longer but take your time and just do it by hand with a screw driver (they provide one by the way) so that you can manipulate how straight everything ends up. Took longer than i wanted to take to set it up, but it was worth it!
Great Seller Customer Service! Very happy with the desk, have had no issues. Its the perfect work station. I have purchased 2, One for my wife, loved it so much I bought another. My only advice is set aside a couple hours for assembly, you will need to assemble everything including the drawers. It is not difficult if you are mildly handy, but it will take time. Pro tip: a cordless drill or driver with an Allen bit will be your best friend In this assembly

Hint: make sure you have a large surface to spread the bags with parts so you can easily know which part to use. The bags are numbered.
Would have been a great. Like any put to together yourself furniture, it had its challenges, but overall assembly was tolerable. However, after starting installation one of the drawer fronts was mismarked and not the right piece. Instead of disassembling the entire desk in order to return it, we made the piece we were given fit using L-brackets. Its not perfect but it will work. Too much of a hassle to return it and start over. Overall now that it is assembled. It is sturdy, looks great, and we are happy with the overall function for the price. Just wish there was better quality control.
Overall, I really like the desk. Its simple and useful and worth the price.
However, the drawer base is a piece of cardboard slate. I think they should switch that with a thin piece of wood so it remains sturdy over time. I definitely wouldnt recommend putting anything heavy or liquid in the drawers so it doesnt rip through.
Also note to buyers* when trying to install the drawers, watch the tutorial vid posted on this listing. It took us forever to figure out how to put in the drawers because the pamphlet given was a bit vague on that step. Took 2-3 hours to assemble. Overall though it was a good buy.
The desk worked out perfectly in size. I was looking for a white desk with gold accent and couldnt find it so I purchased this one and spray-painted the bottom part of it cold and it came out perfect
