The chairs are okay, they were easy to assemble and seems sturdy so far, the chairs are a bit firm like other reviews have said but nothing too cry. My only problem with the order is that for my second chair I did not receive all the screws needed to assemble the chair so thats really left a bad taste in my mouth. You wouldnt believe the shock when I counted to make sure I wasnt cry, I dont understand how there isnt anyone doing quality inspections and double checking behind the people who are packaging this, I wish they had more integrity when packing their items. How do you feel okay to pack someones order that they payed good money for and see that you obviously didnt include all the necessary tools needed to assemble the chairs and still ship it anyway I also wish they included something to hide the visible screws on the side of the chairs its a little unsightly and takes away from the overall look of the chair. 4/5 for the one that I was able to to put together, I dont feel like waiting to hear back from the seller so Ill be going to Home Depot to see if I can find similar screw pieces Overall, great value for the price.
These chairs are exactly they way they look on the screen. Very sleek and catches your eye. Theyre not the most comfy which was a big shock to me and I had to have help to get over that. As an office chair theyre good, just dont expect to feel comfy if you were to watch a movie while sitting it. Great customer support, I would have given 5 stars but it needs to be a bit more comfy. Easy to assemble, nice looking piece of furniture that is very sturdy. Wish the cushion was more comfortable, its rather hard and unforgiving. Perhaps it will soften up with time. They could easily have wrapped the cushion in some cotton batting and made a much better seat out of it. Time will tell. Looks nice in our loft, however and it just the right colors and texture for the room. Good Quality for Cost
The chair is very flimsy and not comfortable at all. Will never buy again. I ordered two chairs and received one and returned it, still havent received my full refund. Very unhappy with this product.
