Arrived on time in huge box. Sides marked incorrectly but once I figured that out I assembled myself.
Seating is firm. Good to lay/nap on. Sitting uncomfortable for longer periods of time.
Overall satisfied.
Color between gray and brown so can go either way with accessories. Will be ordering more.
Love this little couch!!! Its perfect for our application. Its immediately in the doorway as you come in our house. Its just long enough and wide to stretch out on for a rest but its not obtrusive! Very happy.
