Missing screws, trundle door warped, slats did not fit. Have sent numerous emails to seller and , no contact. Was told email address provided for seller did not go thru. Why provide email address if it is no good. said I had to contact seller, how when address is incorrect. Do not buy this product or anything from this company. Picture of product is not what was sent. Picture shows white side rails for trundle, none enclosed, missing screws, warped trundle door picture does show exposed gold screws on front of bed, but screws are visible. Very cheap product. Box was damaged on delivery, broken side rail, had to glue and hope it holds. Horrible, horrible horrible company and product. DO NOT BUY.
