I need to start of by saying the customer service was excellent. When we got our original set, a vital piece was missing in order to complete the assembly. I notified the seller and they mailed a replacement right away. The couch set itself it super cute and stylish. I have not washed the covers yet, so I cant speak to that. But so far we are very satisfied. Patio furniture is so expensive and I was nervous for this set because the cost was lower than most of the sets I was seeing, but it turned out just fine and I would absolutely buy it again! I would buy again!
I cot a new patio put in and needed something for the space and finally landed on this.
Its very cut and is decently comfortable.
The bottom cushions are a little firm but not bad and the backrest and pillows are nice and soft.
It really is a good balance.
I didnt connect my two sections that way I could make the seating more flexible.
But I normally leave them together.
If you get something on the cushions its no big deal just hose it off (water proofing on them is great) Nice size.
Overall eh. It was difficult to put together. The pieces did not align in three places so I was unable to screw then in. Luckily the pillows cover the unscrew in areas. Its comfortable and sturdy but required extremely too much to assemble. Itd be too much of a hassle to return. 4/5 stars! Go for it!
I love this sectional, its comfortable. As you can see that my dog loves it too! The pics does not do the blue any justice. It is just the right size for my patio. It can be dressed up. Its very sturdy and lightweight. My only criticism is that it was hard to line up the holes for assembly but it still deserves 5 stars! Enough strength.
So pretty! The color is more of a brownish gray then the sun washed look I was going for like Serena and Lily but I still love it. I posted a pic for reference against my Serena and Lily chairs. Assembly was so easy! Took my under 20 mins. Easy to fix.
So pleased with this set. Still affordable comfortable furniture for me to finally have a dream outdoor living space. Cant speak for assembly as I went the task rabbit route to make sure it was set up as sturdily as possible. But so many ways to set it up as seen in the pictures I posted! I opted to not screw the chaise lounges into a sectional so I can move them around, but it does give you an option to screw them together for a more stable L shaped experience. I plan on getting scotch guard thats water and UV resistant along with plastic covers when not in use to preserve the longevity. So so happy!! Very good.

The lounger piece was floating when I tried to screw the two pieces together so, I decided not to connect them for this reason. If your floor isnt leveled like mine, having adjustable legs would have solved that problem. I also wished there was an option to purchase this set without the table (too matchy/matchy). Although I was able to assemble the whole thing by myself, some of the screws were tough to screw in and it took a lot longer than expected. The manual is also bad at showing you how to position the L/shaped brackets to connect the arms. Otherwise, this is a very sturdy piece with thick cushions. I did not realize the cushion covers could be removed and washed. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I really liked this set! Very nice
