I purchased this sofa for my first apartment and Im completely satisfied with it. Everything came in well/packaged and was so simple to assemble. I love the color and the way it complements any decor. I definitely recommend if you are in need of a cheap, yet nice/looking sofa.
Its ok, Honestly You get what you pay for. My Main issue they sent me the wrong color/couch, lol my suggestion is to DOUBLE check. By the time you get this bad boy out of the box theres no going back. So the misspicked order (or mislabeled) couch is here to stay. I was sent the Kona Gray version, its a bit shorter but really Same couch, different color. Easy to put together, yes there is a bit of smell but it dissipates fast. Its not as square as it shows as it takes a lot of pushing, fluffing etc to get the compacted cushions to look like the photos. The throw Pillows are pretty much thin as can be so dont count on those for too much. The couch itself works great in our basement our kids jump all over it and it serves its purchase. Not something Id keep in my living room for constant sitting or guests. Its rather shallow so with my short legs it works, if youre above average in height you might have issues with its depth. Its Cheap, Its Easy and it was the only couch I was able to get down my silly angled skinny basement steps.
The fact that this comes in a box will absolutely ame you, particularly after you relax on this super cozy couch. You may not make friends with your UPS driver (as the box is very heavy, be aware you will need help) but the friend that helps you will be more very happy to sit on the couch with you.
Our biggest concern when purchasing this was putting it together. My sister and I bought this for our Summer camp and wanted to something comfortable, affordable and that looked halfway decent. In an area that doesnt have a lot of online second hand options to choose from we went with this piece and we havent looked back! As I mentioned, the box it came in was a big and a little intimidating and very large but after we opened it up it was truly and honestly a piece of cake to assemble.not even one bit of brother sister bickering. The video that is on this page explains perfectly what you will be dealing with and is not misleading at all. The directions are easy to comprehend and the whole process is truly user friendly.
Obviously comfort is what you want in a couch and with this being a name brand we expected comfort.once again, it did not disappoint. We were amed to find that we put this together ourselves and also could easily relax as soon as were done. At first it took some time for the cushions to fully come to size and offer full potential but as soon as they did you will be thrilled. Very cozy for 2 to 3 normal sized peopled and one could also lay down if they were the only ones on it.
Honestly, we were shocked at how easy this was to assemble as well as how affordable a decent couch could be. When you consider that you dont have to deal with the hassle of getting this to your house the assembly time will be more than worth it. If you want a good looking, comfy affordable couch of good quality.look no further.
PROS: I live in a small basement apartment with a very tight, winding staircase with a short overhead clearance at the entrance. This couch was the only thing seating more than one person (besides a futon) that I could get into my apartment space. The box it came in was too large to fit down my staircase or in my door, but the parts themselves could be carried down individually (and they are not heavy separately). The couch was easy to assemble by myself without too much effort. All parts fit where and how they were supposed to. The fabric behind the couch DOES stretch to cover the backside of the couch (one reviewer complains it doesnt, but that isnt true). For a couch that came in pieces, it looks pretty great and fits in well with my decor.
CON: In the month since Ive ordered it, the price of every size/color combo has fluctuated from 300/600 / sometimes on each spectrum within the same day. If this couch/loveseat is less than 400 when you go to order it, Id say go for it. If its more than that, the price WILL come down if youre patient.
Overall, if you can fit a regular (assembled) couch in your space, you could probably get more bang for your buck by going to a furniture store, trying couches out to see how comfy they are to you, and having something delivered from there. But if you need something that can fit into a tight area or cant easily get to a furniture store, this couch will definitely fit your couch needs.
Wow special kudos to the engineers who designed the assembly procedure for this. By far the easiest and most straightforward piece of furniture Ive put together in a while. I put it together in less than half an hour, I actually doubted myself that I wasnt doing it properly, but to my surprise there was a couch ready . Packaging was very compact and clever as well, very easy to handle once you get the box opened.
I cant comment on the quality yet as Id it only for a couple of days, but Ill update the review if a Ive anything worth mentioning.
