Bought this as a sit/up/straight chair for my husband who suffers from dementia. Assembly was easy, its comfortable, and it works well for that purpose. But it sits low, so its difficult to get up from for anyone with weakness in their legs. My husband requires an assist to stand up to his walker.
Okay, its not an expensive chair and its just one I bought for my small home office as a place for my partner to occasionally sit while we chat. But, just. wow.
The build quality on this is questionable. As in, did they get someone from marketing to design it. First up, the first two pieces you screw together are the back and bottom cushions. Because, when I think of the two easiest surfaces to screw together, I think big, squishy pillows with a hole I cannot see to line up without a flashlight.
To tip it off there was a staple RIGHT IN THE WAY of the threaded opening that I CANNOT SEE through the other cushion. Which, I had to pull out after twenty frustrated minutes of trying to screw it into the blocked opening in the first place. After that it all gets screwed into the chair frame anyway.
Did I mention that the felt flap where all of the hardware is stored will constantly get in your face as youre trying to line up the two cushioned pieces. Because it will, so get a safety pin or some sewing pins to pin it back.
Very little thought was given to how this chair would be assembled. While I understand youll only need to assemble it once, its not any less annoying or poorly thought out. It wouldve cost next to nothing to install a wood, or even plastic thread plate to either side of the cushion or to include a pin or spot of velcro to hold up the backing from getting in your face. But thats too big of an ask.
It looks okay. Its only comfortable on your back if you put the included cushion between you and the chair. The back of the chair is very stiff and puts your head at a weird and uncomfortable angle. Wouldnt recommend for extended use. Unless youre trying to get someone out of your house faster.
These chairs come in a set but the two chairs I got are completely different colors (see first pic). I bought them to sit side/by/side but they are obviously not the same color and look really bad next to each other. One looks like the pictures and the other is dark and orange. Im very disappointed. They are cute and sturdy chairs but they are pretty hard. But I think they are still pretty comfortable.
UPDATE: This companys customer service was great to work with. They responded fast to my return request and got a replacement chair shipped to me within a week. Now the two chairs are the same color (the darker orange color) and they look great! See pictures. Id give 5 stars for customer service, 4 stars for appearance, 3 stars for comfort, and 5 stars for value. You cant beat the price of these chairs!
I got only one chair to begin with due to weather issues. But the seller was extremely communicative and responsive and th chairs are aming! My daughter loves them. Thank you so much!
These chairs are inexpensive and look nice. Moderately easy to put together. The pricing is good. The only thing I would want is a little more back support. But they are fully functional look great reliable.
This chair was exactly what I was looking for at the time. Its low profile and solid, however, its not that comfortable for everyday use. The pillow that came with it is only for decoration. The cover for it was damaged upon opening it. Im not concerned about it because I dont use it. The chair is solid! Im 250 lbs and it holds me just fine.
The only cons I have is that, my arm position, on the arms, put pressure on my funny bones. I have had two pinched nerves, one in each arm, and some numbness, because of the way I sat (lol). I suggest buying pads for the arms.
The other minor complaint is the bottom seat. It couldve used more padding. I occasionally feel the wood frame.
One more suggestion but for the company, shipping cost is high but I understood why when I opened the package. You could replace the wood support with a high density foam. Or use USPS flat rate to cut the cost.
Other than that, Im happy with the purchase. Very reasonable too!!
I love this chair, it is a little smaller then I expected but looks
Great In the space and goes with my decor. The arms are screwed into a board which Is pain to get undone. Advice, hold one side and unscrew the other . The price is reasonable though.
Overall the chair is great. Cake to assemble. Im 215lbs and it holds my weight, though it wont be used for that. Just for show. The one downside I ran across was that on the crossbar, there are inserts where the screws go. One was missing but it was still sturdy enough and you dont see it. Its legit.

Yellowish Cream Color
A little on the yellow side of cream but for the price, not worth disassembly to box it back up. its very nice and I love the color. Worth it
Surprisingly good
