I bought this for my cat to have a place under the window and it is perfection! I love its look, it is the perfect size for under a standard window, and it is sturdy enough that I dont feel like I have to he really gentle with it (and Im quite the chonk.) I would definitely recommend! very pleasantly surprised

It is the right height for a platform bed and is sturdy enough to sit and to use as a fold down for a king duvet and blankets. This item was easy to assemble and was a real find after looking at other very pricey benches. Easy to assemble just takes a while
