I received the Charlies about 2 weeks ago and the box was so badly damaged. I was certain something was missing when I started to remove the contents I realized that I was missing a leg. I contacted the seller and let them know what happened. They were great at communicating. I wasnt sure if I was missing a rear leg or a front leg so they just sent to both. It took about a week to arrive. Once it did I finally put the 2 chairs together and it looks even better than pictured. ALL GOOD!
Very beautiful chairs! Theyre a little higher than I had hoped for but they still work. Easy to assemble and surprisingly easy to clean up. So far meets my expectations
2 of the 4 chairs are excellent. The other 2 we ordered are used. We ordered new and they are definitely used so will be emailing directly with the photos of the scratches and used screwed etc. apart from that great barstools that looks great too. Im a bit disappointed.
