This thing is AWESOME!! I have never bought a couch online so I was a bit skeptical however I did read the other reviews and I was very happy with them. (Hence my purchase)
The couch came very quickly (for me it came in a span of two days, it does state that on the shipping instructions) it was very easy to put together and I love how it complements my room. It is a firm, solid and well-made piece of furniture.
Super cute, worth it!We are obsessed! I panicked because only one box came the first day. But all 5 of the others came the very next day. The couch is awesome. Super sturdy and easy to assemble. I recommend a cover of some sort if you have animals but other than that its perfect.
We made a few changes to this item,overall it is good Delivered very quickly - after almost 2 days i believe. The boxes are easy to move, but i had a dolly.
Easiest furniture i have ever assembled, several screws total and acceptionally modular design. Each of the sections has a large amount of space for storing literally anything from tools to blankets. As other comments point out its stiffer but thats bc of the storage and relative to couches with storage this is comfortable.
The customer service department is very helpful. They are quick to respond and I appreciate that. The couch is on the smaller side but great for the price.
If you just need a couch real quick once you have moved this would be your best bet. Or if you live in a smaller apartment. The cushions are not as comfortable as I would like but I may add extra padding in the inside of it. Took me 3 hours to put it together by myself not to bad . They sent me blue instead of grey and I was a little disappointed and dissatisfied about that.

It was easy to assemble. One person could have assembled it on their own. It was nice having extra hands because it saved time.
Meets my needs. Im moving into my first place that needed furniture which meant I had to buy a couch. Im admittedly very picky and knew I wanted something velvet without breaking the bank. This couch seemed even better than the $3000+ couches I was looking at considering it not only has the look, but function too with the built in storage. Upon receiving the couch (a total of 6 boxes which did get delivered in 2 separate shipments), my expectations were exceeded. This is probably the softest couch Ive ever felt and it looks like luxury. The customer service was also outstanding. One of the arm/back pieces had a slight mark on it (looked like the velvet had probably just gotten scrunched from shipping), so I reached out to see if they had any suggestions for steaming or cleaning and they just shipped me a new piece all together. Would recommend this couch to anyone whether youre moving into your first place, or are in your family home.

Dont freak out about shipping

Amazing couch
Easy to assemble. I did it myself Love this couch. Super easy to assemble. Was impressed with how it shipped. Very easy to clean and very comfortable.
