The couch itself didnt puff up the way it looks in the pictures, and isnt very comfortable, but you get what you pay for. The Ottoman has the best material and in my opinion they should have designed the seats of the couch to be as good as the Ottoman. The back of the couch seems like it wont be able to withstand consistent weight shifts and movement, but that stands to be seen.
Customer service from the team was great. They addressed my concerns and told me a few strategies to increase comfort, and in the end I decided to keep the couch rather than return it. Their response time was also really good.

Great product, great service only provided one tracking number. item arrived in 4 boxes via fed ex. i contacted seller when only two boxes arrived, unaware two others were on the way with one briefly delayed by fedex. seller was beyond helpful and continued follow-up with me twice daily until all four boxes arrived.

Love these stylish and sturdy products! The saying is you get what you pay for and this couch fits that saying. The couch for the price is perfect. It took about a week for the vacuum sealed seat cushions to fully fill out. Everything feels pretty nice but.... The biggest flaw I think is the back pillows are on the thinner side and could use double the padding. If they could figure out how to firm up the back pillows this would be soo much better.
I was hesitant about buying anything from China, but let me tell you I hosted family for Christmas and it sat comfortably, my guest were relaxed and enjoying the festivities and I was saying to myself not bad coming from China. The reason for the purchase was my other couch got water damaged in storage and I had to make a quick purchase because guest were arriving and I was panicking because the couch was delivered in 4 boxes at different days and from reading reviews and instructions it says let cushions inflate for 72 hours, and I was like I need this couch up and ready. But to make a long story short Im pleased! Everything worked out ALRIGHT.
Beautiful, sturdy modern design Reviews can be so misleading so let me give u a honest review.. I have had these couches for 2 months and they are flat. For the price I paid I didnt expect much but if I had say, skip on these. I will be having to buy new ones soon.
Sturdy, Modern, Easy to Assemble! I purchased couch about 6 months ago. It was very easy to put together and its not too squishy or hard. My complaint is that the couch wasnt grey like the description says depending on the lighting. With normal lighting it has a forest green undertone. In darker lighting it does look grey. I didnt return it because it wasnt a terrible color. My home is very neutral and this couch added more color to my home.

Very comfortable, glad I purchased for my bedroom. Perfect starter sectional and great for small spaces! I was hesitant about ordering but trust me like I trusted my guts its a great sectional where you cant go wrong!

The sofa has an easy assembly and also looks great however it took three days for all cushions to be plumped

Made In China! Im Super Surprised
