I bought this to go with the fitness trampoline that I bought and am very glad that I bought it! The trampoline came two days before the handle and I didnt feel like I was very stable on it without holding onto something. My son helped me add the handle, though it was easy enough to do on my own. I am 58 and the height is adjustable enough to work for me. I only gave it 4 stars for stability because the legs that come with the handle are slightly shorter than the legs that come with the trampoline, making it wobble a tiny bit when you hold onto it. I put some of those felt chair pads under the handle legs and it took care of theblem. Bouncing on this fitness trampoline with the handle is a very nice change from walking during COVID! Stylish yet affordable
I ordered the handle bar after I had the for a week. I just didnt feel secure jumping by myself. Im 65 and was a little shaky. Now I can jump as high and as long as I want. No more worries that I will fall. Gorgeous and Good Quality
I love the stability the barvides. I use my rebounder to keep myself moving. I walk, run, and count my steps with a Fitbit. Its great for my bad knees, back, and arthritis. The bar gives me the confidence to do more because I know its there if I get dizzy or lose my balance. Very good value for high quality.
