The chair is great quality at a price way lower than other s we considered. The first one we received make a noise when gliding. We contacted right away and they were wonderful! The new one arrived today and no sounds at all when rocking/gliding. It fits perfect in our small nursery and we are purchasing an ottoman pouf to use with it as a foot rest. We liked this chair because it can easily transition into our bedroom when we are done using it in the nursery. Thank you again for your great customer service. We love this chair and would recommend to others!
One of my best buys. I absolutely love everything about this rocker/ for small nurseries. The boucle fabric is super cute, it moves smoothly without making noise, and works well with their matching footstool. HOWEVER, when we opened the package it smelt horrible and had some very obvious dirt/scuffing that I will now have to try to remove with a steamer . Wish I could give this 5/stars!
Just ok I would like to know if you can get a replacement for the mechanism that makes the chair glide and swivel because we have had the chair less than a year, and no one over 250 lbs sits in it ,and it now leans to one side because the mechanism underneath bent. This should have lasted longer than a year! I like the chair otherwise.
This is really easy to assemble and pretty sturdy. The first chair we received made a terrible, loud clunking noise. After speaking with the heavy/bulky item department with , the old one was taken away and a new quieter one was delivered! Wonderful.
Sturdy. I definitely would not have paid more than 249 (including shipping) a piece but over all these are not bad chairs. It seems strange that the price fluctuates so much but maybe someone would be willing to pay more than retail of 249. The fabric is soft and the swivel parts are very nice for the quality of chair.
Worth it!!! Love these chairs! Beautiful and comfortable. The inly problem I have is that I ordered this light brown color (shown in first picture and I got gray chairs (shown in the second pic). Thankfully, gray color will work also, but I wish someone would let me know ahead of time about this swap.
Simple and easy to put together. The color of the slate chair is grey. It is very nice appears to be good quality. It comes pre/assembled, which is really great. I like the chair very much. I just want to stress that the slate colored chair is grey. Based on the image, I thought it was more of a beige color. It is not. FYI.

The metal rocking and gliding device breaks easily

Hard to get your order. I had to reorder 3 times only to be disappointed with this product.
Product is Ok for the price. Not pleased with this product. Not as comfortable as hoped. It does fit well in a limited space.

The Slate Color is Grey not Beige!
