I opted for this model (keypad) instead of the fingerprint model. It seemed more reliable.
The safe is built well and sturdy for this price range. Buy with confidence. I wish I had received the free organizer, but I did not ask for it.
To one of the previous reviewers, note that the key hole is there but it is covered by a plastic plate that needs to be removed to insert the keys. Great service, fast shipping, well packaged.
I needed a small gun safe for a mountain home. This certainly fit the bill. The safe arrived in excellent condition. I was impressed how well it was packed. I would have liked a thicker cushion on the safe floor, but I found a fix. I didnt use the included mounting bolts as my baseboards are large. I opted to attach wood to my wall and attach the safe to the wood. Now my safe is secure and fully functional. The Moutec follow-up was a nice touch to ensure my satisfaction.

I just needed something to keep the kids out and this should do the trick. Its not very heavy so youll need to anchor it down. Decent value for the money and the additional lock box is a bonus.
It look really nice and compact for five guns. It is secure so underage cant get to them. It even got small lock compartment that you want to put in for extra security. Program is easy enough just like and hotel safety deposit box at high end hotels!
For the $ its decent-the combination lock seems reliable-more so than a biometric lock, and has the backup key as an option.
Obviously not a heavy duty gun safe per se, nor does it offer fire protection--but again for the money, its sturdy enough and provides a better alternative than stowing your shotgun or AR 14 under the bed.
Was concerned about shipping, as had noted others had received damaged cabinets-and yes, Fed Ex provided a scuffed-up box with a hole in the side, but the unit itself was unscathed, thanks to the protective inserts and bubble wrap.
So yes, pleased with the purchase.
