A bit skeptical ordering without trying it out but, I absolutely love this chair. First, it is the perfect color for my formal living room - its a light-medium grey. Im a petite woman and I fit in the chair with my 7yo and 2 shi-tzus . The chair is medium firm - which I prefer so that it keeps its shape over time and doesnt turn into a slouchy messy piece of furniture. But very comfortable and is my cozy new reading niche. The packaging was very well done and 2 men delivered to inside my house on the time promised.
So first, the delivery... WOW! They were about 30 minutes early, but waited patiently for me to arrive. The box itself didn’t fit through the entry door to my building, but they were happy to uncrate, and then everything fit perfectly. Delivered to my location of choice, completed un-packaging, and took all the materials with them. Amazing service, and with a smile!
Second, the packaging. There were multiple layers and the chair arrived in perfect condition. Sides, back, bottom, cushions, all in perfect condition.
Third, the actually color was a great match for the online images, no issue there. Looks just like I thought it would, and fit exactly where I wanted it to go.
And finally, the chair. If you have a small space and are looking for that great multi-use chair... you know, couch, desk, cot, hanging rack, dinner table, this is the chair for you! The cushions are a touch firmer than I am used to, but this is replacing a piece of furniture that I have been breaking in for the last 15 years. I can curl up with my book, my laptop, or a plate of food. There’s a slight chemical odor, and I will update my review if it doesn’t fade (I expect that it will, seems to be associated with the packaging material). I will also update if it starts to loose it’s shape.
I will be purchasing a side pillow or 2 for this chair, as the leaning on the lower arms isn’t quite perfect, but I love that there is plenty of room for me and throw pillows. Truly happy with my purchase!
I really enjoyed the build quality of this chair. Everything was just exactly in quality as said in the post, but it was a little smaller than we had expected for the room. The measurements were accurate but we thought that it would be a better fit for our room. Overall great quality and easy to build.
Chairs are super comfortable!! Wasn’t sure buying furniture without sitting unit first, but exceeded my expectations! Bought the ottoman as well... be prepared... it is very large.
