They responded to my issue very quickly. Taking into consideration this a not an expensive piece of wooden furniture, the quality of the product is very good for the price. It came packaged very well to prevent damage in transport. Ive purchased similar products from other manufacturers and have experienced extensive damage during shipment. I purchased 2 of these and both arrived in great shape. Assembly is relatively easy and fit and finish is very good. Finish of the wood product is top notch. Obviously its not real wood. Even so it looks very nice. Recommended
The product is very comfortable Took over 3 hours for two people to put together with a drill. Very sturdy and solid, just wish it came with an extra shelf for inside. Front doors dont rest evenly but open/close well, drawer opens/closes smoothly.
Nice accent piece for room Pretty easy to assemble, though it took a couple of tries to adjust to doors and one is still not level! Compressed wood, looks good
Very stylish and great quality! For the money, I am satisfied. Sturdy enough. Doors are light. Had an rare issue with one of the pieces being drilled incorrectly. Customer service was excellent and sent a new part out immediately.
I thought it was better quality We bought 2 of the wardrobes since we already had an existing one at home. We were able to move and place all three together. For the price of the items it is worth it just be ready to have time, patience and an extra person to help out. It took us 4 hours to assemble them all. It does the job but it did come with damage parts good things it was just on the inside.
good product!Definitely just as described Although this may be able to be assembled with one person I would recommend 2 for easiest assembly. It feels sturdy and strong has a weird latch thing for walls (does anyone ever use those things)

You get what you pay for
Easy to assemble and look amazing. Great product for the money. Definitely a two person job if you arent super handy.
