It came very early which is a plus, showed up in 2 boxes 2 different days. I was first concerned that I would not get the second box bc of the other reviews but it came in 2 days after the first package! Second I was very confused at first to put it together, OPEN the Velcro under each large item. Everything is stored in the underside for shipping (its all there). While assembly is semi self explanatory check the handbook for assistance. The couch has to be in its side for the entire assembly process. I also had to cut the extra mesh (that you see after pulling the velcro piece away) out from under the couch to assemble. The Velcro will cover the rest of the underneath of the couch once you place it back down then you can put the legs on last. Overall I think it was a good purchase. We have a small front door and we are renters. its difficult to find something durable and a small enough size to move in the future. I believe this will be easy to move and take Partially apart in the future.It is firm but so far still comfortable. The ottoman is the perfect touch to this couch as it is not the largest seating and we like to use the couch to lay on more than sit. love love it

High quality look and feel. Never had an extended chaise lounge and am loving it. Lap top work, conversations, just enjoying the room / it is a game changer! Faux leather seems real. Crisp and clean / great for mid/mod, modern or classic contemporary homes.
Was fairly simple to set up, especially with two people. My house is bigger and I find its a good size, not too big but not too small. It would be the perfect size in a house that was a tiny bit on the smaller side but in terms of really small houses like apartments etc I feel like it would be too big.

This couch came much faster than expected and both boxes arrived together. It was not that hard to put together and it came with clear instructions AND all the parts. No problems at all. As for the comfort factor: If you like a firm bed and furniture, youll probably like this couch! If you like a really soft, smushy couches, this is probably not for you. Not to say that this couch is rock hard, but it IS firm; and thats exactly what I wanted in a couch(And hey, you can always throw blankets and pillows on it to make it softer). It looks really great, is versatile, and can easily double as a comfy bed(which is such a great plus!!). My dogs and I can all comfortably relax on it, with lots of room left to spare. I must admit that I was pretty wary because of bad reviews and the fact that Ive never bought a couch online before BUT I did my research into the company the price was right, so I decided that itd be worth trying.and Im SO glad I did because I was very pleasantly surprised. We are VERY happy w/this couch Also, I really want to give kudos to the the company who not only shipped this SUPER FAST(way faster than promised), but they also emailed me quickly after my purchase just to let me know the extra tracking number of the second box(which doesnt show when you track this couch; they only show one tracking number). So, the company not only shipped this extremely fast, but they also sent me that friendly email letting me know BOTH of the tracking numbers on each box. I really appreciated that that kind of customer service makes me much more likely to purchase from them again. The couch is great, the price was right, and the company went above and beyond / I am very satisfied!!
I needed a dual purpose sectional that would serve as extra seating AND as an additional bed. This is perfect. Its nice looking and has a petite footprint but its large enough to sit an adult comfortably. I doubt it would ever be my only seating for my den, as I prefer the cushiness and size of my full/sized sectional. This is in our home office and if perfect there. looks nice
It took me several days and reading other reviews to figure out how to put together. I am just days away from being 70 years old and once I knew how to put together it took me a little over an hour to do so. I didnt have trouble moving it around. All parts were there to do so, with a few left over parts, extras. I am pleased with how it turned out. I will add pictures soon. The product is okay
I was torn between this one and another. But then ended up choosing this one because of the ottoman being so versitle. Im glad I did. As stated it did come in 2 boxes. And all of the cushions and such were in the compartments under the couch and ottoman. I even stated to my sister that it was really well packed.
I barely needed the instructions to assemble. The lounge side can even be switched to the other side in the event I want to rearrange. versatile. Its pretty comfortable. But I like it firm. Nice looking.
